I made an order 20 minutes before I got there through the mobile app. Staff couldn’t be bothered to even look for my order and said if I need to cancel it, I have to look it up in the app. Horrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

I have not be to a dunkin in a while. We stopped in yesterday morning and the employees were too engrossed in their own conversation that they were having that they didn't notice anyone had walked in. This and the fact that my order is never right is why I stopped going to any Dunkin. Also this one please always over priced compared to others. I will not make that mistake again. Definitely would NOT recommend this particular one ever.

Ordered an iced coffee and went to use restroom while awaiting drink. Bathroom was occupied by an employee doing a hearty #2. After I went pee, found there was no soap.... Used hand sanitizer I carry and foolishly still drank the iced coffee. Puked for two days the next day. Will never go to Dunkin Donuts ANYWHERE ever again. Highly recommend training, stocking soap and sanitizing your ice machine.

Employees are awesome and friendly. Drive through is extremely fast every time. I stop daily at farmingdale because of the fast service. I stopped going to Gardiner or Augusta.

I absolutely love the atmosphere where. I've been going to this dunkin for 8 years and this is the first time the employees seem so happy and very well taken care of. I absolutely love the manger, he is so kind to everyone and is very welcoming, and the employees are very nice and kind and sweet and all those good things. 10 out of 10 will recommend

The worst Dunkin Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Always running out of ingredients, they make refreshers with water, not lemonade. Extremely poor management.

Wemt for a muffin this morning after years of not going... I remember why I don't go. Waited in line for 25 mins, three cars ahead of me... got my muffin paid get home, open the bag I'm not sure if it is a muffin or a hockey puck... at 9 am... they shouldn't be bricks!!

If you've ever been to a Dunkins, you know what to expect. Mid level food that's overpriced and bland. Luckily, the good service here made me forget about the crappy food for a minute. Then I bit in to it and remembered. *sigh* Dunkins will be Dunkins.
