Service was very slow considering the amount of customers there were.
Ordered 2 drinks and the bagel bombs;
The bagels were done quickly but then we watched 3 people come in, and several cars go through the drive-thru (that came after us) get drinks and go before we got ours.
(Nothing crazy, just something off the menu)

Consistency leaves the top inch of the cup empty on iced drinks. It happens regardless of the time of day, so I suspect a manager has told employees to do this. Very weird.
