Dunkin'

Usually get coffee and a doughnut through the drive thru, sometimes a sandwich. Everytime I have come here, my order has been made right, both food and coffee. The workers are nice and make sure I have everything. Decent spot in my opinion. Fast food breakfast, its decent, but the coffee is very good, and the doughnuts can also be very good, such as the cookie butter doughnut.

Coffees never quite right.. employees don't seem to really enjoy their job.. going through drive through the gentleman can come off rude & in a rush

This location has gotten my orders wrong on multiple occasions. And the coffee often tastes burnt

Purchased munchkins in July. There was what appeared to be dirt all over them. Staff was rude and almost annoyed that they had to work.
Last week I purchase muffins. They cram all of them in one small bag. I open the bag and see at the bottom a muffin that's wrapper was pulled off and it appeared either smashed or half gone. I ask the cashier and she tells me a while before I came in, someone returned a muffin because it was gross and tasted funny. She set the bag with the half eaten muffin on the donut case and left it there.
When the kid grabbed my muffins, he opened the bag with the half eaten muffin and puts all my muffins in there with it. Disgusting!
Now all those muffins are contaminated and they don't have any more. She offered me 2 donuts instead. Wow! I asked for 2 glazed. She gave me a glazed and a lemon filled. How do you screw that up? The donuts are in separate areas and bins. So she grabbed one glazed from the right bin and then went to another bin to get the lemon.
Service is awful! Work ethic is awful! I think everyone is getting tired of spending a fortune on food and service that is far below awful! These businesses don't seem to care because things are only getting worse.

absolutely terrible experience every single time at this location and only every use it in a pinch. Unbelievably unobservant staff with zero customer service skill. Waited 12 minutes for a single drink only to get the wrong drink and no apology for the wait. How is this place even open still? Route 2 Dunkin for the win every time, they get it right and know how to serve a customer!

The service here is consistently sad. Actually stopped going to this one after I asked instead of 6 pumps of syrup could I have 3 (less product) and the girl told me she could not do that. When I asked why she told me that's not the way it's made. I told her it was too sweet with six pumps that's why I wanted three… She continued to argue with me so I turned around and walked out went up the street to another Dunkin' Donuts and got it with a smile the way I asked. On top of that, I stood at the counter for seven minutes before anybody spoke to me??. 4 ppl behind counter.

The atmosphere in this Dunkin is wasted on this staff. The place was beautiful. I work at a Dunkin in a different county and if we had this facility, we would definitely appreciate it more. Now, although the atmosphere was beautiful in architecture, there were still crumbs everywhere; nothing was stocked. I asked for a large straw and said it was because they did not have any straws out. Even after telling them this they still did not restock until a different customer asked them directly to restock the straws. Even with all of this, the store was great compared to the service. All the staff could use a lesson on customer service. I genuinely felt extremely uncomfortable in there purely because of the vibe I was getting from the staff. We got our drinks relatively quick but the food was a different story. We saw that our food was taking forever and that the people after us was getting their food first. Turns out they put our food to the side of the food prep station and forgot about it until I came and asked about it. When the employee gave me our food he was silent. He just passed me our food and walked off. No apology whatsoever. We didn’t even get a smile throughout the entire 20 minutes we were there. At that point my partner didn’t want his food and neither did I. I decided that I didn’t want my food 3 minutes into us being there. I let them know I had a gluten allergy, and when the employee let the other employee at the cook station know that I had a gluten allergy and to please change gloves while she prepared it, I was appalled by what happened next. At my Dunkin we cook the hash browns by order. I guess the pre cook theirs but I also know that they can make fresh ones without any real hassle. Not only did I see her take the pre made ones and just shove them in a bag, but I’m not sure if she even changed her gloves. And when the employees were talking about my request, they looked snippy and annoyed by my request. I have celiac disease and I would have been bed written for a week if I got contaminated. Neither me nor my partner ate the food because of how bad the service was here. They need a SERIOUS lesson on customer service because I’ve never felt so unhappy by a coffee place in my life.

The worst Dunkin in the Farmington area. Most of the time drinks done incorrectly and I’m sitting waiting for my order for too long without even someone coming to the window but yet they are looking right at me… I drove off. The one in Wilton is amazing!

The owner is rude And cocky and the staff has attitude a lot of time. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes the food is bad. Same with the coffee it's hit or miss

Consistent slow and mindless service. Today they did not provide my doughnut order at check out. Then, while waiting for my coffee for 16 minutes because they forgot about me, they sold out of the doughnuts I ordered. Staff was unapologetic and offered no solution.

I’ve been going to this location for a while. Food is always soggy/not made correctly. The drinks are always made wrong. I’m not happy about this at all.

It was a wow, after what Farmington did with the remodel. It was great to be in a store that had trays of donuts. Like it always was, good choices and plenty to fill a dozen donuts order.
