My husband was door dashing tonight & Pam made his experience horrible . First he arrived 10 minutes to close to grab a door dash order, to be told by Pam that it wasn’t even started yet and that he needs to take a lap around the drive thru again. He proceeded to drive back through a couple minutes later, and Pam told him they were still waiting on the food and to pull off to the side that she would inform him when it was ready. He waited 6 minutes and went back through because it was taking longer than usual.. & Pam started yelling at my husband saying he needed to let her know that he was there. In which he did. As well as being very snobby, and slamming the window in his face. She was yelling in a very disorderly manner, and everyone there definitely heard it. She also forgot the drink that went with the order . My husband will not be accepting door dash orders for Taco Bell or kfc again because of Pam. If she doesn’t want to do her job she shouldn’t be there, she definitely doesn’t need to take her anger out on customers. My husband was only doing his job, he definitely didn’t deserve the disrespect.

The Farmington KFC Lobby dose not stay open after 9 pm. It shows on the door the lobby is open until 10 pm the store is open until 11 pm

I used to love going to KFC. But the food is terrible now and the restrooms are disgusting. The staff constantly forgets to give you all of the things you order. I hope they can turn things around because I love having another option in a town that is very pizza shop heavy.

Order A meal and got a Baja blast to drink, the cup had two huge bugs in it. Called the store and they said they could only replace the drink. Absolutely horrifying that I drank this. I figure more than a drink replacement is deserved.

All the money in the world won't get you fresh chicken here no matter how much money you spend they can't cook chicken fresh they never have chicken and when you ask them to cook it fresh they just can't seem to do so for some strange reason. Then they tell you to order for Taco Bell side of the menu. LMFAO.. then this place extends it's hours of operation 11pm just so they can SAY... NO CHICKEN FOR YOU.

Bought a sixteen piece chicken bucket meal .needed to remind them of sides ? X2 also 12 pk taco box .. Specifically said lets go elsewhere . On way home .. However we stayed.when we did get . home only . 2 find out every piece of chicken was so over cooked and air burnt .. we had to throw it away. Thus last time I'm going to you're KFC. .. ,& I definitely wouldn't go back even if you offered me , it for a WK for free..
Follow up I received a call stating ,they'll be leaving a memo note on office ,to refund me my $$ on a chix 16 piece meal ..& 12 pk steak taco . Follow led up by , trying to make it right by way
