Bought a sixteen piece chicken bucket meal .needed to remind them of sides ? X2 also 12 pk taco box ..
Specifically said lets go elsewhere .
On way home ..
However we stayed.when we did get . home only .
2 find out every piece of chicken was so over cooked and air burnt .. we had to throw it away. Thus last time I'm going to you're KFC. ..

I went yesterday and the blonde girl at the counter did an amazing service and was truly helpful. She definitely needs a raise !! Would 100% recommend.

Very disrespectful notified kfc corporate twice bc of her attitude n force other employees to violate ppls constructional rites to privatize n making false statements to view ppls phones...food half cooked to the point that corporate needs to get involved and replace her or they will be sued......

Debbie and some of the employees are very rude to the dashers I saw Debbie the manager run up and scream at the dasher because he didn't want want to show his phone to them where does it say in their policy that we have to show them our personal phone to them they are very rude and disrespectful to be in customer service and they give poor customer service that's why I stopped eating there

We ordered this KFC via DoorDash and it is the last time we will use this KFC and the absolute last time for door dash.

We ordered over $130 worth of food and the dasher delivered a chicken sandwich (one) and two wings.

When we contacted the store (who admitted our food was still just sitting there) and the dasher, we got ZERO HELP.

Actually, it was less than zero.

The dasher didn’t grab the right order. Refused to come back and get the wrong order (meaning someone else didn’t get their meal either) and told us it was “all KFCs fault because they told him to deliver to John” at our address.

Mind you — no where near the $100+ of food sitting *still* at the KFC, with the drivers ability to look at the order.

Then, when we contacted the store, we were told “come get it”.

Come get it. Like I have the mobility and ability to leave my home and “come get it”.

Now, DoorDash says they will only give “credit” and this store refuses to refund.

So — stay away from both.

I would not eat here again personally. The counter person wad very nice, but I had to repeat my order three times ( a simple order, 2-piece original, mashed potatoes and corn). Got order, could not find a clean table in the place, and there were about a dozen available tables. Chicken left and aftertaste, the one that tells you the oil had been reused WAAAAAYYYYY too many times.

I have not gone to this store for a long long time and probably will not go again I stopped going because the chicken had a bad after taste that lingers in your mouth THIS IS DO TO DIRTY OIL I went and got the $10 8 piece deal and every piece left that bad aftertaste and the extra crispy was over cooked I use to love going there makes me really sad

I will be calling cooperate not very accommodating whatsoever! I asked if they could please drop the chicken tenders an additional time to be very well done. Nope we can’t that’s how they come I was told by Hope. Then I was told I couldn’t get a half/Half tea they don’t do that. Then we asked for fire sauce with burrito and was told to ask for it at the window. Wow!!! Won’t be back!

Floors were they make the food was littered with stuff like paper. Look dirty too. The staff is not kind to disabled folks. I'm never going back there. No wheelchair access with the doors.
