Forced to wait 30 minutes in store for an order that was ready the entire time. Repeatedly asked for assistance and was rudely ignored multiple times. Unbelievably incompetent and lazy service from both employees and management.
And the worst part is this isn't even the only time this has happened!

I visited this place, being on a nice quiet town you don’t expect to find a big mess. But as soon I walked in I noticed how filthy this place is. Sticky doors and windows, trash and food everywhere and all tables were filled with dishes and scraps. They just apologized and made some space for me among the trash. That is very nasty and disrespectful. I left the premises immediately. I would have understand if they were busy, but most of the staff were just chatting behind the counter. Horrible

Even though I used pick up, the employees were very nice and kind. The food is amazing! The pizza was very hot, perfectly baked and full of flavor! Parmesan Garlic chicken wings I can't rave enough about!! Sooo mouth watering and delicious 😋🤤. I've tried other places parm chicken wings and they were too spicy and gross! But Pizza Hut has is right!

They’ve taken away our Pizza Hut in my town. It was great to see them again, while visiting the area. We ordered a loaded pizza, and it was very good. :)

The most tasteless pizza we have ever had. Tomato paste sauce, very little cheese, no flavor for the peperoni, and the Hamburg was a joke. Pizza was Luke warm, tasted like paper. We will never return
Dirty and expensive. Ordered a big box. The pizza was with one topping. I was told it was 1.00 more for additional toppings. Ordered 1 with pepperoni and pineapple, 1 with extra cheese. When I went to pay I was told the pepperoni, pineapple, and extra cheese was an additional charge. I was told the 1 topping was cheese, so no toppings would be sauce only. Cashier laughed and said yup I guess so. Ridiculous. Never again.
