I stopped for lunch and ordered a 6” turkey avocado wrap (without the bacon). The server insisted that the wraps are all the same 12” size. i’d had a 6” wrap the day before at another location and said she should just cut the wrap in half. But no, she proceeded to load one end with 8 or 10 slices of turkey and a big glob of avocado plus the veggies I requested. I was charged for the 12” sandwich of course, and ended up tearing off the extra 6” of wrap myself. More training for these people please!
I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a very unpleasant experience my son and I had at your Farmington, Maine location. Unfortunately, the level of customer service we received from the employee on duty, Jade, was unacceptable and left a very negative impression. From the moment we entered, Jade appeared disinterested and unprofessional. Her appearance was not appropriate for a food service setting, and her demeanor was unfriendly and dismissive. She came across as impatient and condescending in her tone, and instead of assisting us with a simple issue, she seemed unwilling to help at all. What was especially frustrating was her refusal to provide contact information for a manager or supervisor when we asked for it. We felt disrespected and unwelcome, which is the opposite of what any customer should feel when visiting your establishment. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Proper training and accountability are essential in any customer-facing role, and I sincerely hope steps are taken to ensure this kind of experience doesn’t happen to others in the future.
I’m part of a group from the nearby university. For lunch on January 14th, 2025, we’d decided to get lunch from this location. I had one of the protein bowls while most others had sandwiches. Within an hour or two of eating the food, a significant amount of our staff (including myself) began feeling sick and were affected for up to a day and a half afterwards with symptoms of nausea and vomiting. A few staff members are still sick as of writing this review. One of the worst dining experiences of my life, do not eat here.
I had an order delivered January 10, 2025. In the order I gota Philly steak sub (really good). My sister got a BMT and it was spoiled, the meat was shimmy and she about threw it up. So Since that night I've been calling Subway and it keeps saying they are busy and can't answer call later. We'll is 5 days later still getting the same message. Please answer you owe me like e 12.00.
The quality of product has not improved since switch inf to freshly sliced meats. Also heard that subway is switching from Coca Cola to Pepsi which is a major disappointment.
I came in late and ordered 2 sandwhiches. Date was 03/04/24. Time was 8:18pm. The 5 star rating is for the very patient and kind girl (551? I didn't catch her name) who seems to always be working alone. She did a fantastic job as always. You guys need more staff to support her. To be clear: she didn't complain and continued on with a smile, but a guy notices when someone is pulling more than their own weight. Awesome job by her. Management needs to take notice if they haven't already. Give the girl a raise and some help please.

I got a six inch Italian BLT with Cap with Italian herb & cheese bread toasted with all the veggies pepper jack cheese with all my favorite sauces toasted the service was superb the atmosphere was very calm I'd definitely will

Regular at this Subway location so I decided to go into Walmart tonight (as this location is in Walmart) and I thought well I’m here so might as well go grab a bite to eat. Quickly got rejected at the door. This young disrespectful lady: “We are very behind tonight…. Would you come back in 30 minutes. Mind you it’s 8:30. What a way to throw a customer out the door. I understand certain things need to be done before the night is over and that you want to get out the door at closing. But customers COME FIRST!
Stopped in today, they were fast they were efficient, they were friendly. Will definitely frequent again. The two employees that were working this afternoon around 11:45 AM get to thumbs up.
I was a regular at this location as it’s right near my work, the employees are very nice and helpful; and the food is… subwayHowever they have stopped taking the coupons that get sent in the mail out flyers and $15 bucks for a sandwich is waaaayyy too much. So until the decision is reversed I cannot justify eating there.

The sandwiches were soggy kind of unpleasant to eat..
I was the only customer in the store but had to wait while the server finished her side work; first she put bread away, then she loaded cookie sheets. Then she put the cookie sheets in the oven...all while i am standing there...waiting. I get the bread but then move on to two more tasks while im standing there? C'mon. Happy to support local business but hey, customer service is the most important part of a business.
I know. A sandwich is a sandwich but it is good, fresh and fast. The staff is friendly and it is a clean place to eat
Very very rude and stingy with veggies I asked for extra sos and probably got less than normal. The young girl wearing see through leggings and very rude to my little sister who didn't know what she wanted . Subway down the road so much better!
Been stopping there every other day for a veggie sub. They really load up there sandwiches. If Nicky is working you will get a real great sandwich. No chicken or seafood salad. Great bread
