I quite enjoyed my meal at Boondocks. I ordered a classic poutine for an appetizer. The fries were fresh, the cheese was melty, and the gravy was thick (I would prefer a thinner gravy, but I think most people up here prefer the thick gravy). The steak tips are amazing, try them with the Alfredo! I haven’t been in a couple years, it looks like the prices have gone up quite a bit. Neat environment, good food, cold beer. It’s a definite must try if you’re in the area!

We usually take out but, tonight we dined in right by the fire and enjoyed the first 30 minutes by ourselves. The hostess/server was a sweetheart and very attentive. The food as usual was awesome. Missed seeing Steve but, I see him all over town anyway. I’ll be honest… the ONLY reason we come into town is for our mail and our occasional dinner at Boondocks! If it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t step foot in this bankrupt, broken down, section 8 lowlife trailer park town!
