an't recall the last time I've had a steak n' cheese that was worth it. Bread wasn't soggy, everything tasted as it should... Heck, I didn't even have to add ketchup to it. They also have a large selection of bevs on tap.
Couldnt help but order the blueberry pizza out of curiosity. It is a white pizza with ricotta and shallots, was better than expecting and would definitely order again!
The pizza and salad were fantastic. Definitely worth trying if you are in Freeport. I had the Mushroom Garlic Gorgonzola pizza and my wife had the Peach Goat Cheese. Both were absolutely delicious. We also shared the Maine Maple Harvest Salad. Hands down, one of the best salads we have ever had.

Brickyard Hollow Brewing Company is a restaurant known for its delicious pizza and accommodating attitude towards dietary restrictions. The menu offers a variety of options, including a Mayan bowl for those with allergies. The pizza, particularly the Mediterranean Veggie, and pretzels are popular choices, and the restaurant has a selection of Mexican lager-inspired brews.
The casual self-seating environment allows customers to order directly from their tables via a QR code. Gluten-free crust is available, and the menu includes sandwiches and soda/beer options. Customers praise the delicious and flavorful food, with the bacon cheese fries and small chicken bacon ranch pizza being standout dishes. However, some recommend getting the pizza well-done to avoid thin, flappy dough.
The staff have been praised for their friendly service, though the ordering process could be clearer, as customers noted they wished they had been informed to get their own drinks from the fridge. The atmosphere is generally positive, with a lively music selection, though the volume can be inconsistent. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, offering booster seats, though there is no changing station in the restrooms.
Overall, Brickyard Hollow Brewing Company remains a worthwhile stop, especially for takeout pizza, which customers find fresh, hot, and tasty. The casual dining experience and accommodating staff contribute to a positive overall experience.
