Dunkin' Donuts Reviews
This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts I've EVER had the misfortune of patronizing. I rarely leave bad reviews and I understand that anyone or place can have a bad day. However, this place seems to always be in the middle of a bad day! Let's put aside the fact that the location is awful and the drive-thru is the most awkwardly positioned place to enter as well as exit. That wouldn't be such a big deal if they actually listened to your order or attempted to get it correct. Add on the...read full review
My coffee was great but I ordered a lemon glazed and when I got to work I had a blueberry glazed... oops. (And yuck) since they literally had just opened and I was customer #2 how do you screw that up? Ah well! 😄

Dunkin' is a popular choice for coffee and baked goods, as reported by reviewers. The tea is served hot with milk, and the jelly donut was noted as fresh. The location is known for being fast, open long hours, and serving customers quickly. It is a busy place with plenty of parking, though visitors should be prepared to walk a bit. Customers often stop for coffee and breakfast sandwiches, with familiar-tasting food. However, there have been issues with understaffing, which sometimes leads to long wait times and occasional closures. Some customers have experienced confusion with app orders, such as when a cold brew was out of stock and staff offered an iced coffee instead, with difficulties processing refunds. Despite these challenges, Dunkin' remains a regular part of many customers' daily routines. Prices are reported to be higher than in Canada, and some feel it doesn’t quite feel like a traditional coffee shop but more like a cafeteria.
