Stumbled upon this place while walking around Freeport, and wanted to try some place new that I had never heard of and, wow, am I glad I picked this place! I'm a born and raised east coaster transplanted in the southwest for a few decades and well traveled enough to have been called a "coffee snob" at least a few times LOL. I actually haven't been to the shop but I wanted to order something online for my mom who has been there and raved about it. I had questions and Larry got back to me within minutes and had all the answers I needed. If I'm ever up that way, or New Hampshire, I will definitely stop by but as for customer service? 5 stars for sure!!!!
