Loved the food, clean and good service. We had the Texas Smokehouse burger, Bacon cheeseburger and Clam chowder... reported as excellent on all accounts. The coleslaw was also reported as one of the best he has ever had.Thank you to a local gal who recommended the restaurant.
A short wait at 5:00 on a Friday evening in July - many people waiting or already dining knew each other so seems to be a place locals go. There are benches for waiting. Good-size menu with a variety of foods. Service was friendly and a good pace (not slow, not rushed). The side salad was fresh and chilled. Nice restaurant, excellent service, and delicious food. There was no wait when we went and food came out very quickly. The popcorn shrimp with sherry wine sauce was amazing! We also loved the deep fried apple pie a la mode.
