This place is the worst when it comes to service, the manger is the most rude manager I've ever spoke to. The order is always wrong ,incorrect toppings or things requested not there or things not wanted there and dont even expect to eat for atleast an 90 mins even if you live next door.

No exaggeration.....look at the honey bbq wings I got minus the honey bbq! The pizza wasn't that great either. I enjoy domino's and this was first visit to this location. I will go to the further location next time

Management absolutely horrific. Ordered via the app indicated curbside pickup entered my car info. Pressed the I’m here prompt when I arrived and turned on my hazard lights as directed. Then I waited, and waited and waited some more. Called the number and it rang for at least 2 minutes. Hung up and waited some more. Called back and call was answered and immediately disconnected. Called right back and was placed on hold for 4 minutes. Went in the store while still on hold. Picked up my order and asked for the manager. The lady waiting on me was pleasant, the managers response was I’ll be there in a minute when I finish taking these out of the oven. While waiting for the manager another associate started answering the calls. I told him I was one of them on hold. The manager made his way over sliding into a stop in front of me like some cartoon character. I asked him if he was the franchise owner or the manager and he indicated he was the manager on duty. I asked for the franchise owners name and was told Fernando. I asked for the last name and was told “S”. I questioned the last name and was told “I really don’t know his name.” Was handed a menu that supposedly had the franchise owners name, it did not.

My displeasure with the la k of curbside delivery and was told “it didn’t ring.”!I explained that I pulled up in front pressed the I’m here button on my phone and turned on my hazards.

The guy that came in and started answering the phone started to engage me as I was leaving and I told him my beef wasn’t with him it was with Bill the manager. He stated he was also part of the management team so I responded that my beef wasn’t with then with him as well. His parting comment was “I wish you luck, you won’t get anywhere with him either. “ pretty sure he was referring to Fernando S. This is not an appropriate response for customer service.

Will try to track down this Fernando S. person and Corporate will be called first thing Monday morning.

Food took well over an hour to get here & the pizza was like cardboard, low quality & very skimpy on the toppings. I ordered chicken alfredo pizza & there was only one or two pieces of chicken on each slice. (Mostly one). The alfredo taste was non- existent!! Worst pizza i have ever had!!

I recently ordered 2 pizzas in from this store, and had them deliver it to my Hotspot. My domino's app said the order was being checked for freshness for 15 minutes. Finally it said my order had left the store and would take 19 minutes for a 10 minute drive. The app to track the driver never worked. Said the driver never left the store so I called and they said he had left a few minutes previous. A total hour from the time I called to when he finally showed, when it told me 25 to 40 minutes. My pizzas were cold and like they had been sitting. Where was the quality? I love domino's but that store could ruin my experience, not being the first time I've had issues with it. Poor experience!

My order was incorrect and the delivery driver wrote a nasty message on the receipt. My food took longer than estimated and the store would not answer my call. I don't eat meat and I got a meatlover's pizza for a man who is clearly missing out on what he really needs. Disappointing in Gardiner as always.

We ordered online to pick up. Wasn't to bad with the 7.99 coupon. We just ordered a LG pepperoni, cheesy breadsticks and a LG pizza with BBQ sauce and chicken cane to 25 something only gripe would be no marinara sauce and I put for them to put normal bbq sauce on and there was barely any so would of been really good if they had put some on instead of barely

The workers here are rude and impatient they don't care about there customers at all. Refuses to make an order how the customer wants it over all just lazy.
