“First time trying today, we have lived in Gardiner for 7 years and have never eaten here until today. Will definitely be back and recommend others to come try. French toast was delicious, was enough for two meals or next time to share with the other half. Can’t wait to try other dishes again! Awesome to see the owner working behind the line as well, he was so happy preparing dishes and you could tell he really loved and put a lot of passion into each and every dish. This is our new favorite place. 5 ⭐️”

“This place was packed on a Sunday, but service was fast and friendly! The menu was huge and there were so many tasty options. My hubby and I both loved our meals. It was clear that this was a close-knit place with many regulars. We loved the community vibe and the food too. So glad we stopped while traveling!”

“I just went with my friend to get some smoothies (i got mixed berry and my friend got the banana-chocolate with PB) and MY GOSH they were the best! Now I normally don't really like smoothies but this one just hit every right spot (especially on a hot and humid day!) The man at the counter was so kind and full of enthusiasm, and he made our drinks super quickly. This was my first time here, and I'll definitely come again, maybe to try one of their bowls or desserts! :D”

My favorite “ Alligash White” is always available each and every time I’ve stepped into this fine Pub! I give this place a 5 star revue because of a few things off the top of my head. First and foremost is the Bartender’s! And other employees! They are amazing and make you feel at home, they remember you when you come back and that’s a lot for this day and age of fast food dive bars and pubs everywhere !!!
There is plenty of fresh food around with a Chinese place just next door ( the bar staff stocks plates and utensils for you if didn’t get any when you bought your food…)
As always don’t forget tip the bartenders especially Danielle !!!!
they are the ones that make it all happen!”

“Best experience I’ve had at the Gardiner Subway, thanks to Aaron! I almost gave up on this location (due to bad past experiences there) but I was lucky enough to be served by him tonight, and he totally changed my mind. He was friendly, polite and went above and beyond to give my boyfriend and I a good experience and a great meal. Best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. We will continue visiting this location because of Aaron!”

“I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for a couple years and it’s got to be the best in the region. The food is always fresh, and they clearly maintain and properly clean their equipment because I’ve never gotten sick from the food unlike a certain location not too far away (I’m looking at you Topsham Fair Mall). I always do drive-thru and historically it’s been super efficient, but I always went on the same days (Fridays) and now I go Wednesdays. This is why the rating is 4 not 5 stars…there’s a different crew working and they operate the drive-thru differently. Takes much longer, and they don’t utilize the waiting spots to allow faster orders to move through. If you go Wednesday mornings plan on a longer wait.”

The only place I will eat seafood, the haddock is SO good I also enjoy the chicken, mozzarella sticks and whoopie pies! Fast service and everyone is so kind! The summers our family enjoy the outdoor seating! It's 100% worth the drive if you live far away.”

We started off with drinks, tried several margaritas, all delicious! Everything we ordered for dinner was cooked to perfection, the food options were unique and all amazing! … the waitstaff was very friendly and the owner makes himself a familiar face.. he makes it a point to stop by to say hello and make sure you’re enjoying yourselves… can’t wait to get back there!
