i get they’re busy and have a lot of people but i sat there for 20 minutes after ordering ahead waiting for food just it to have been placed in the wrong spot. i asked one of the workers if it was ready and she didn’t check but then a different worker asked what i was waiting on and turned around and grabbed the bag or food. which was cold.
So I get my signature coffee half way done and I ask for eggs whites omelette bites and I got bacon cheddar but the worse part it’s that if you ask to get your order fixed even tho I paid for it already, you feel like you bothering them!! So simple but they can’t even do that right…

This was a hard one. This Dunkin' Donuts has really turned itself around, but Friday and Monday morning really showed the true work ethic of a few employees and the store's poor communication to its customers. Friday morning, I pulled in to grab a few items before work, when I arrived in the drive thru to order I saw a paper bag taped to the post that they could not accept debit or credit cards in the drive-thru but they could at the inside counter so I processed inside.
