This place is an embarrassment. An absolute embarrassment. The exployees not only don’t give a crap about performing their job correctly, they’re openly disrespectful to customers about it. You’re sitting there in the lobby, staring at them. They’ve got your order done, it’s sitting there next to them and they’re just “hanging out”. Chatting away, making you sit there and twiddle your thumbs for no reason.

I have to remind them to put cold foam on my coffee every time I come through because they can't read. Other than that, friendly staff and quick.
Some of the employees that work here 1000% lack customer service skills. I'm not one to complain and some of the employees are great but there's a few here that genuinely need to take a course on how to interact with other humans professionally
