Went to Renys for the first time in my life and told my daughter we needed to try a new place to eat while there, our winner was Gerard's. And we were not disappointed. We ate a whole large cheese bread stick I couldn't believe it. Great job.

Not a bad meatball sub but could have been better. Maybe buy better meatballs or make some from scratch. $9.50 for 6 frozen pre made meatballs was a little high for the quality. There was just enough sauce and plenty of cheese and the bread was perfectly toasted. The meatballs just lacked any real flavor. Just a thought but maybe make one large meatball from scratch and slice into 3 or 4 pieces and would be a much better sub. Just saying.Vegetarian options: There are many options...read full review

The food was great and the staff was very pleasant. Every time we go the food is always great and the staff is always friendly!Edited to add: every time I go the food is always good and the staff is great. Last night was very different, the staff was loud, horsing around and one of the staff kept making fake gagging noises while people were trying to eat. Not very appetizing to say the least.
