“We ordered at 6:15 and the food arrived at 8:20,... you know what? I am GLSD that they didn't cook it and leave it under a heat lamp. They KNOW they have limited delivery employees and they time the cooking of the food to sync up with when they can get it to your door. The driver, Christian was apologetic when he didn't have to be. I gave the poor guy an extra tip. Unemployement is almost non-existent, but there are 8-1/2 million job openings in the US. The economy is so strong, there are no workers to hire. Maybe let some immigrants in and put them to work versus forcing them to wait for 6 months to get a job!“

“Afroman ordered from here while he was at local meet & greet, and we thought we’d check it out after. Amazing pizza and fresh salads! We’ll certainly be coming again.“
“I finally had a chance to check out this newer NY-style pizza spot in Hallowell, and it did not disappoint. The crust is exactly what you want—thin, crispy, and holds up beautifully under the toppings without getting soggy or being greasy. I ordered a veggie + sausage combo with marinara, green peppers, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, Kalamata olives, and their house-made sausage. Everything tasted fresh, and the veggies were sliced thin so they cooked perfectly without weighing the pizza down. The sausage in particular really stood out—clearly made in-house and full of flavor. They’ve also got a great drink selection, from cold brew coffee to some unique sodas and craft beers, which makes it easy to find something to pair with your slice. It’s a solid addition to Hallowell and definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.“

“Mandy was such a delight. We came in for the first time and her customer service was spot on. Very friendly and made sure we got everything we wanted. It's nice seeing staff care about the customers. I dont have a lot of negative to say. Fountain soda was down, which saddened me but at least we could buy bottled soda. It was really cold inside the building but that's not a huge deal. I wasn't a fan of the nachos, however that's a personal preference I suppose, I just wasn't feeling it. I didn't like the biscuit but I don't like biscuits so that's nobody's fault. On the other hand the chili was absolutely amazing, best chili I've had in a very long time at a restaurant. It was on special so an added bonus, I should have ordered another batch to bring home. My husband enjoyed his haddock and since he likes biscuits he ate mine, he liked it. The menu online is very different from inside the restaurant but I was told the person who made the online menu passed away and they can't log into it, so no big deal, that's understandable. The prices are no different than most places, they have daily specials though but the menu isn't overly priced either. They also have chicken wings on sale each week, very good deals. There's plenty to choose from for those on healthy diets or vegetarians. Kids will love this place because there's a lot of kid friendly options. The atmosphere is very laid back, they have plenty of tables and have three tvs in the entire restaurant with a full bar. It's wheelchair friendly plenty of areas to move around. It's not an overly big building but it's a decent size. They accept debit/credit and cash. They have outdoor seating as well, very clean parking lot and tons of space for cars, parking lot is huge. The bathroom and dining are very clean. They make homemade bakery items that looked delicious. They seem to put a lot of effort in the food they serve and presentation wise too. They even offer merchandise to sell that says the restaurants name, I only saw tee shirts, maybe they have other things but that's all I saw. I love it when places make merchandise. I was very shocked at the hospitality, it was a good service.
Please do not think the minor nitpicks are bad. No matter where I go, no place will ever be perfect, not every service is the same rating. I point out both the good and the bad and it's best to be honest in your reviews. We had never heard of this place before and we figured to give it a shot, it's a pizza place, we should have tried pizza, maybe next time. However, mashed potato pizza? That might have to be on my agenda very soon, I bet it's good. Thank you Mandy and the other girl I didn't catch her name but thank you both for a great service, we will be back!
Overall, 4 stars! <3“

“Over the weekend we had our wedding reception at the Ogunquit location, and it was absolutely perfect! Everything turned out better than we could have imagined. The service was exceptional, and every staff member we interacted with was so kind, professional, and attentive. The entire day ran seamlessly thanks to their incredible team — they truly went above and beyond to make our day so special. We couldn’t have been happier and can’t wait to come back for dinner soon to relive a little of the magic!“

“Been a fan for 25+ years and only get a chance to eat there once a year due to living in northern Maine. Always pleasant staff but for some reason today when I asked my wife to stop in and grab me a Big Dave she also got herself an Italian. After paying she saw the Italian special to add a bag of chips and a soda and asked if she could pay the extra and get that and was told no because she had lettuce on her sandwich and that lettuce disqualified the lunch special. Sad that lettuce disqualifies a special but was told no other veggies disqualified it??? Sounds more like someone didn’t want to be bothered and was willing to pay the difference… just .59 cents. Got to do better“
