“Before arriving I wanted to try the Chicken Parmigiana sandwich, but after asking the gentleman taking my order what is best, I took his recommendation and went with the Meatball Parmigiana. I know I chose correctly! It was delicious and even my Italian wife approved of the tomato sauce’s authenticity - tasted like tomatoes and not sugar. It was well priced too. I would love to try more of their food, and if I lived here I’d be a regular.“

“Samuel our waiter was one of the best waiters I've seen in a long time. Very attentive, genuinely polite, fast service. The food was good as any other Pizza Hut but the atmosphere was enjoyable. They had an all you can eat salad bar for $9.99 which most don't, so that was a pleasant surprise.Overall, 5 stars. Thank you for the great experience and food! ❤️“

“Quintessential local slice pizza with lots of other salad, sub, specialty pizza options and cold beer, drinks. Just bought a couple of NY slices( plain and pepperoni available, I don't know if there's more on the busy weekends).Served hot, crispy and delicious“

“I had the baked potato pizza. My husband got the buffalo chicken pizza. Everything was delicious. It was literally some of the best food I’ve tasted. The waitress was extremely nice and attentive as well. For 2 pizzas and 2 drinks it was less than $40. That’s a good deal for any restaurant on the coast“
“A shout-out to a special place, a special day ---- last Friday, our team at FIORE, from all locations, met in Thomaston at The Uproot Pie Co’s Carriage House. What a day! We had a meeting in the morning, then we broke for “lunch” & Jess Shepard, owner & creator of The Uproot, showed us how to make our own pizza! We brought a bunch of FIORE products from oils & balsamic to Pistachio Pesto, Sicilian Grilled Onions & Peppers, Sicilian Caponata, Cinghiale & Coniglio from Italy --- the list goes on. Our team built our own individual pizza(s) for lunch using our special products & Uproot’s delicious pizza dough! They also made salad greens for us & to top it all off, Julia at Uproot created an amazingly beautiful & delish Citrus Cake using FIORE Blood Orange Olive Oil! Holy Smokes! You talk about a great day ---- we all walked away from there stuffed & so happy for our day together at The Carriage House with Jess & Julia. And did you know that they host Pizza Nights on Thursdays & Saturday brunch/lunch? “Good cheap pizza stop on a road trip. Easily the least expensive meal I've had here so far. Of course its not fancy but after being on vacation in Maine for a couple of days and paying crazy prices at most sit down places it does the trick.“
