“What an absolutely wonderful evening. We visited Suzuki Sushi last night with family, and from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance; cozy, intimate, and underscored by soft, well-chosen music that set the tone without overpowering conversation.
The meal itself was exceptional. We began with crisp, flavorful gyoza that disappeared almost instantly, followed by an array of nigiri and rolls showcasing incredibly fresh fish and thoughtful presentation. Keiko’s Favorite Roll was a standout; rich, balanced, and easily one of the best I’ve had. We paired everything with sake from Keiko’s hometown and even ventured into Japanese whisky for the first time. They were smooth, nuanced, and a real highlight.
What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—we felt like guests rather than just another table. It turned an excellent meal into a memorable family evening.
If you’re looking for standout sushi in Midcoast Maine, this is the place. We’ll absolutely be back.”

“Every time I come into Affinity I’m always greeted with a smile and either a good morning or a good afternoon. Donny is always attentive and polite. Not only are the teas and shakes to die for but you can always count on them being tasty. I love that I can just walk in and know that whatever I get it’s going to be phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone I can!”

“I got their specialty Fish Cake Benedict... or some name along those lines you just ask them for the wicked good Benedict and they will know what you me! Its exactly what I did and the exceptionally helpful waitress knew what I want and it did not disappoint. I got a half portion and homefries, the hollandaise sauce was phenomenal. Actually homemade and not the jelly goop I've gotten at less quality places! Prices for the food were below what I pay at most diners.”

“My review is based off of the tamales just ordered. I grew up in Panama and it was one the best treats to get fresh tamales. It didn’t happen very often- but when it did, I loved them so much. And obviously in Maine- it’s almost impossible to find them- especially authentic. I was quite impressed with Sammy’s take on tamales. Of course- they are not the exact replica of what I had- but they are very impressive. And it’s A LOT of work to make them. It’s not Taco Bell. These are real tamales and I truly hope they don’t go away. Thanks so much for adding these into the Midcoast menu taking the time. Truly delicious. 🇵🇦”

“Snowfox is a grab and go sushi counter located inside a Hannaford supermarket. A variety of prepackaged combinations are available. Sometimes there are also side items available, such as seaweed salad or dumplings. Some of the combinations are vegetarian/vegan.”

“Great food. Had dock tacos were exceptional. Big pieces of broiled had dock and vegetables cut properly topped with crema. The poutine was addictive, and big enough for two. Will definitely go back and try the rest of their menu”

“Rockland isn’t known for its reviews but is a great town with a great food scene. The envy in some ways of the surrounding communities, at least from the restaurants. Rock City is no exception, if you want a great cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast bite this is one of the best cafe’s to happen upon. The food takes a minute as it’s all homemade and not microwaved like the drivethru spots. Enjoy and support local!”

“My aunt and I went to Archer’s on Monday and splurged for lunch and totally enjoyed ourselves! The setting was gorgeous, beautiful with views of the harbor and we had the best seat in the house. The staff and were friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. We tried the peekytoe crab cakes and oyster Rockefeller for appetizers and had the lobster lunch special! That lobster was the best one I’ve ever had, perfectly steamed and very delicious. Couldn’t walk away without a slice of raspberry and blueberry pie for dessert! I will recommend this place to all my friends who travel to Maine for vacation! Archer’s made these 2 Cajun gals very happy while we were on vacation! Thank you so much Lynn!”

“My wife and I had lunch on a Sunday after visiting the Farnsworth Museum. We chose this because it was open and within eyesight of when we decided to grab lunch.

Dumpy brewpub atmosphere. Good service. The red ale was good. My wife and I shared onion rings that were perfectly cooked and in the same light breading as the fried fish. I had the fried haddock sandwich which tasted right off the boat fresh. Perfect and matches any fired haddock I have had in New Bedford.”

“The food is very good and the the people are very nice and patient. The one thing that annoys me is that I order the bacon double cheeseburger with no lettuce and no pickles. I know the folks taking my order get it right. They repeat back my requests as they are entering into the computer. maybe the folks putting the orders together should read what the order says? This happens everytime .”
