Leslie, the owner has very poor customer service skills and literally humiliated me over the phone after asking her for a refund. I arrived to the class 2 minutes early, the door sign said the studio was closed, the door was locked. There was no staff available to communicate with to try get into the building. The phone number listed on MindBody and their website rings to the empty juice bar which is the only visible space from the glass door. Through the glass there is no sign...read full review

Earth Flow Studio & Cafe is a soothing space tucked away on a side street. The atmosphere is very soothing with plants everywhere, even for sale. The staff is very nice, and the bathrooms are very clean. Customers love the fresh food and smoothies, like the berry me smoothie which came out perfect. The best, freshest tasting juices and smoothies are available, excellent even the next day. Besides the cafe, the hot yoga is some of the best experienced, making it an amazing first experience and a delightful stumble. A little slice of heaven.
