excellent food and service! and all vegan! 😊
I absolutely am in love with this space, from the food to the yoga. I moonlight in the Café some Saturdays slinging smoothies, and it's a little slice of heaven, tucked away.
I do hot yoga here and while i prefer hotter hot yoga...the folks here are terrific.

Earth Flow Studio & Cafe is a soothing space tucked away on a side street. The atmosphere is very soothing with plants everywhere, even for sale. The staff is very nice, and the bathrooms are very clean. Customers love the fresh food and smoothies, like the berry me smoothie which came out perfect. The best, freshest tasting juices and smoothies are available, excellent even the next day. Besides the cafe, the hot yoga is some of the best experienced, making it an amazing first experience and a delightful stumble. A little slice of heaven.
