“We passed by this place many times. So glad we finally stopped in and sorry it wasn’t sooner. Pastry Twist is light and buttery. Cinnamon Roll is delicious. Amazing Apple Streusel Cheesecake Bombs! Gluten free scones and more. Monhegan Coffee Roasters coffee and tea served. Whole bean and teas sold for take-away. Next time, we’ll try the savory options. Definitely returning again.”

“Went in not expecting much in sleepy Thomaston ME; ended up w one of best sandwiches ever, not just in Maine but in all my travels. The chickpea wrap had perfect combination of spicy sauce and crisp vegetables in a very fresh wrap. Honestly, I was shocked to find such deliciousness in this small, unpretentious shop. Didn’t try anything else, but 100% recommend chickpea sandwich!”

“I feel like I should write a poem about how much I love Honey's but I'm no poet and it would sound terrible and no one deserves to see that when reading a review of a place. The interior is fun and silly, the people are friendly and welcoming, the bathroom is always clean, and the food is the best fried chicken I've ever had; I live over an hour and a half away and happily make the trek as often as I can just for the chicken sandwiches because they're that good. I once showed up wearing a chicken hat and the owner came out from the kitchen to give me a high five; that really shows my dedication to dear Honey's Fried Chicken Palace. Wonderful place!”

“I have been going to Thomaston Maine Applebee's for years. I stopped going due to long wait times, and food coming out cold. I started going back a few months ago, as Applebee's has gone through a huge improvement. My waitress Loni, is fantastic always making sure our food is hot, delivered quickly and always with a smile! Amy is always walking around and asking how everything is. She is always smiling and if something was wrong, I have seen her go out of her way to fix it with other customers. I spoke with her recently about how great service and the food has been, she explained there is a new Kitchen manager that Chris has really stepped up to the plate. Chris, Loni and Amy really make the Applebee's experience a pleasure! Thank you guys for all you do!!!”

“What an absolutely wonderful evening. We visited Suzuki Sushi last night with family, and from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance; cozy, intimate, and underscored by soft, well-chosen music that set the tone without overpowering conversation.
The meal itself was exceptional. We began with crisp, flavorful gyoza that disappeared almost instantly, followed by an array of nigiri and rolls showcasing incredibly fresh fish and thoughtful presentation. Keiko’s Favorite Roll was a standout; rich, balanced, and easily one of the best I’ve had. We paired everything with sake from Keiko’s hometown and even ventured into Japanese whisky for the first time. They were smooth, nuanced, and a real highlight.
What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—we felt like guests rather than just another table. It turned an excellent meal into a memorable family evening.
