Applebee's Grill + Bar offers a mixed dining experience. While some found the food disappointing and cold, others praised the friendly and helpful staff, including Ashlyn F, who was fantastic with families. Despite issues with some food items, such as the mozzarella sticks being terrible, the chicken and sausage pasta with ziti dish received positive remarks. The mashed potatoes continued to be a highlight, and the attentive manager ensured good service even during busy times. This location is known for being the best staffed, most appealing, friendliest, and cleanest Applebee's. The food, from the foyer to the boneless hot wings to the fish & chips with cole slaw & fries, is generally top-notch. Overall, it provides a standard Applebee's experience and remains a favorite in the immediate area.
