My family and I ate here last night for the first time. I regret not trying it before now and will be back often! It knocked my socks off! Everything was delicious, creative and so well done. Our service was better than the food and that is saying something because the food was nothing short of amazing.

Food came out in a frying pan. I asked the waitress if i could just have chicken with no broccoli in my Alfredo. She told me the sauce couldnt be altered. So i ended up getting something i really didnt want to eat. The restaurant doesnt offer salad with meal and on the menu it ststes you only get one piece of bread. For 17 dollars a plate Iwas very disappointed with meal all together.

The food is good. Gets served in a fry pan with a peice of Garlic bread which is fine, but, you don't get any salad with it.

Website prices are less than the actual menu in the restaurant, as I just double checked after bringing this concern to my wait staff. I also expressed my opinion that the lasagna lacked any significant flavor beyond tomato and ground beef, with a barely detectable sausage, and very little cheese. I was thanked by my wait staff for bringing these concerns “to our attention.” While the food was disappointing at best, and the pricing issue inexcusable, the service was good. In past years I have had a very good spaghetti carbonara at this restaurant. Respectfully submitted.

I was celebrating my 5th wedding anniversary this past Friday, 11/29. I had a big night planned for my wife with dinner, concert at Johnson Hall and walking around Hallowell. Hearing GREAT things about Pastaz I made a reservation for 5:30pm to surprise my wife. When we arrived the restaurant was CLOSED for the Thanksgiving holidays.
