So I assume it's managements choice but they have the entire staff dedicated to the drive through and leave the walk in traffic to sit for long periods of time.gorham location has usm and walk in traffic is busy.you need to care about all your cust.dedicate one person to walk ins please.

I ordered an espresso and the girls charged me the $6 for a double shot, then proceeded to pour me a drip coffee that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. When I took it back to the counter and said “this isn’t a latte?” The three of them all looked at eachother and said “I didn’t make a latte? Did you make a latte?” “I didn’t make one either? Did you make one?”. So they took the drink back and proceeded to make the thing I paid $6 for. Fast forward 10 minutes and I was given a barely passable latte. The milk foam was the most poorly steamed milk I had ever had. It had 3 cm bubbles in it and reminded me of the dirty huge soap bubbles that come off the side of a car tire while it’s being cleaned in an auto wash. The espresso was ok in quality, not being to bitter, but the lack of care of the young worker when preparing the drink made for a sub par barley passable latte despite the fact that she was operating a $10,000 espresso machine. Was a real bummer.

There is just something about having a hot coffee poured down the inside of my car door and all over my hand that really makes me want to go back?! Oh and it was my fault because the cover popped off the overfilled cup as it was passed to me... Thanks for that.

as someone who used to work here its extremely mind blowing that i waited for over 5 minutes for a rush. nobody else in the drive thru, the girls were switching out tips and i just sat at the window. when i finally got my drink the girl gave me a rude look. do better.

My roommate and I have a running joke on whether they'll actually get the order right. Every 4 or 5 visits, the order comes out wrong. Normally I'm just like eh whatever and take what they give me to see if I'll like it since the coffee tastes pretty good in general, but lately they've started asking if I want to add a tip when they run my card. Come on. Interestingly the past couple times when I've not tipped, the order was wrong (hot vs iced, wrong size). I think my days of playing menu roulette at AJ's are over.
By far the best aromas, the only one that doesn’t have stale bagels

A majority of my experiences there have been good but their management needs some serious training. Not sure who the person was doing online orders, she obviously was a manager. Her attitude absolutely sucked and literally turned to direct report who had a concern and am said "I don't really care about any of this". Instead of telling me she had an issue with the computer at the front (which is why she couldn't help me) she didn't look up once or tell me what was happening. We stood there in silence for 5 minutes. It was crazy awkward. The energy coming off of her screamed " I hate this job and I don't care". Totally fine but my goodness that mentality bleeds everywhere.
