As a Brazilian, discovering Iaiá in Maine was a delight. The warm welcome from the staff, including owner Claudia, and inviting atmosphere made me feel at home. The pastel and pão de queijo were delicious. I'm excited to return and explore more of the menu!
Cute little cafe with a full coffee menu, teas, familiar American gods plus some really delicious Brazilian treats. Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very chill and relaxing.

Great breakfast sandwiches!!!! We had ham, egg & cheese, and sausage, egg & cheese pastels. The pastel is a lightly fried puff pastry filled with the breakfast foods. Outstanding! Also had Cloud Puffs; basically round churro balls. Again, outstanding! Open for breakfast and lunch. Typical of Brazilian street food. Nice people, nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.
