Customer service is terrible. Specifically with staff working 4/11 at 12:20pm.Not sure what has changed since they used to be great but have had some bad experience with how staff treats their customers. Sad to see and hope somthing changes.

Says open until 9 and they shut down before it's even 830. Must be nice to do whatever you want whenever you want. Why have operating hours if you aren't planning to be open for them. Thanks for wasting my time.

Properly greeted by both female employees on duty in the late afternoon (one was on the counter, other was in the back area doing what I assume was prepping) upon approaching the counter. The girl on the counter was very fast and professional and made the sandwiches I ordered exactly as I had specified even repeating back what I asked for on them to make sure nothing was missed. The sandwiches were very well put togeather and not sloppy looking at all.From what I saw the restaurant was clean and tidy.

yummy food, good food and I like Snapple in my sandwich! if you think I'm kidding your right! but I do enjoy the food! my friend Zack wrote a review down bellow and we do enjoy subway! the prices here in Gorham are good and it might need a bit of cleaning but otherwise it's good.

SO disappointed to find out when we arrived to pick up the party platter for our event they had not made it! The explanation was that they let a worker take the order that wasn't supposed to! It was ordered yesterday 24hrs in advance! Not good business, ?

They consistently get my curbside order wrong. This evening on one sandwich the bread was stale and on my sandwich I was missing onions, banana peppers and pickles. All the ingredients are incredibly scant even when they do remember them. These sandwiches should be $5 like they once were because that's all they're worth. $13 for a roast beef which amounts to maybe 4 pieces of deli meat on top of the rest of this mess? Absolutely awful.

Avoid this location at all costs. Especially in the afternoons. There's this girl who works here by herself and she is as slow as the DMV sloth in the movie Zootopia! OMG it was excruciating. The restaurant is absolutely filthy, we were going to eat inside, but there were no clean tables to eat at. . When we went to get our soda, the machine was out of both of them. When we told her they were out, she didn't even respond after a few seconds we asked, can you replace them? And she said "no I don't know how".Won't be back.

Worst service ever waited 10 min to order with 2 people working. Then they make the sandwich leave it and start making other sandwiches. I had to ask where it was. It’s like they forgot.Like 2 girls were kidnapped and placed in a subway. They had no idea what was happening or where they were.We left.

The last few times I have been in, they have been out of items such as breads and vegetables. The sandwich maker had his hair all in his face and was very sloppy in making my sandwich.

My sandwich was completely wrong and sloppy, likely from the associate having headphones in and not paying attention. When he was paying attention, it was to anybody else but the person whose sandwich he was making. This used to be the best subway in the area but it has gone down hill. Save yourself the $20 for one sandwich and go somewhere else

It was a cold night, the perfect night for some delectable foot long treats after a long week. I decided that I would take advantage of one of the deals that had been offered, and ordered three sandwiches. As I arrived to this deplorable establishment with nothing on my mind besides my bag of savory snacks, I entered and couldn't help but notice its absence on the express pickup shelf right next to the door and in the window. As I entered, I consulted the app to be certain my pickup order was ready, which it said it was. When I consulted the worker at the counter, she told me it must have been stolen and simply blinked at me. I asked her if she could perchance make the sandwiches that I had already paid for but she told me that there was no bread. Completely and utterly out of all forms of bread. It seems improbable at best that the 3 sandwiches that I had ordered used the very last amount of bread available, but okay. I asked for a refund to which she was quite unprepared and seemingly lost. Apparently there is no way to be refunded for payments on the app. She agreed to refund it in cash. Minus the tip. So, in conclusion, Gorham's sandwich thief, you're welcome, I tipped the sandwich artist for you.

Placed order online for 3 subs. The app stated it was being made and then that the order was completed, like normal.Drove to store to pick up said order and was informed they were completely out of bread.Refunded my money with out much of an issue however a simple phone call to inform me of this lack of bread would have been great and could have saved a pointless trip to the store.How does a sandwich shop run out of bread? This is now the 2nd time I've gone to this location and they've been out of bread in the just year or so. Other trips there were satisfactory for the most part.
