I’ve been going to this restaurant since I was a kid (over 30 years) and I was always a loyal customer as I felt they had the best local Chinese food; however, I must say I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The food was terrible and had a funny taste to it. We ordered several different dishes and they were all terrible. Which is unfortunate since I spent over $120 on our meal. Unfortunately, I will not be going back and I would urge anyone else to look elsewhere for better Chinese food options.

Hands down the worst Chinese food I have ever HAD. I stop in with my son on the way to the Poland Resort (which is another nightmare in itself).
We both got combo platers, the pork fried rice was so dark you would think it should have flavor from all the soy sauce, but No.
Shrimp and Lobster flavorless, Chicken and Broccoli tasteless too.
Where's the MSG.
But I will say the place was busy, not sure what to think!

I never write reviews, but if I can save one person from wasting 90.00 on horrible food I will. We were visiting from out of town and thought Chinese would be a safe meal after hours on the road. We were wrong! We ordered eggs rolls, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, beef and broccoli and won ton soup. The won ton soup was unrecognizable. It had all kinds of vegetables in it and the won tons were difficult to find and not good. The soup itself was flavorless. The sweet and sour chicken was at best fair and didn't come with any sweet and sour sauce. The beef and broccoli had ZERO taste. I have never had this dish with no taste to it. To say it was bad is being nice. The fried rice was edible at best. Despite asking for soy sauce,we got none in the bag and the duck sauce (which I read was home made) was bland
Overall the portion size was good, but alot of terrible food is not necessarily a strong point.
The thing is the food doesnt taste bad....it doesn't taste like anything. Hate to give a bad review as its someone's business, but paying 90.00 for this quality of food is just wrong.

This was our 2nd time visiting, 1st time we did the dinner combination plates , and this last visit tried the luncheon combinations. Great flavor and portion on both Dinner and Luncheon. consistent with right amount of sauce and seasoning. absolutely recommend eating here! a must try!

It's definitely moved up in my top 5 of all time. The pork fried rice actually had pork in it and lots. Chicken fingers were hot a little crispy, and the chicken was perfect. The egg roll was unique, looking longer than I've ever seen, and it was very good. Good portions on the lunch specials at a very good price. I would imagine you would be taking home some leftovers with the dinner menu. There's plenty of parking. The service was great she returned over and over to make sure my water was full and that everything was alright. I'll definitely be picking China Village to dine again and bring some leftovers home.

Only place I’ve ever felt the need to send the food back because it felt wrong paying for something I could not eat. Ordered the pork chow mein and was met with a hot pile of flavorless gray goopy noodles and miscellaneous vegetables sprinkled with small yellow crunchy crackers. After a few bites I realized I could not eat any more even though I was extremely hungry. I cannot speak for the other items on the menu but I can say steer clear of the chow meins and egg drop soup

Crab rangoon's and the beef teriyaki were phenomenal the best Chinese food in all the surrounding towns I drive 40 minutes from my house to go here cause no one else can even compare very clean food not loaded with tons of preservatives

Good food, good service, fair prices. Looks small from Route 26, but there is plenty of parking in the back and plenty of seating inside.
