“We stopped by for the first time and had a delicious lunch! The turkey red pepper wrap (with delicious sauce!) was so tasty, satisfying and filling! The sides were just as delicious (the dill pasta salad?! Incredible.)! We also took home a sourdough baguette and it was gone before we even started dinner! We will definitely be back and we can’t wait to try the other items! :)”

“This was my first visit . It's a nice clean restaurant and seafood market that doesn't smell like one. The employees are friendly and helpful . Before visiting I did call because I was unsure if they had a place to eat in . My guest had coffee and they said it was great ! We both ordered combination plates of haddock and scallops with onion rings . We were served ice water when we were sat. That was nice . They had premium quality napkins and plastic cutlery . The haddock was amazing ! Along with the onion rings ! Perfect ! The scallops were huge ! But very wet so they were not crispy . I asked . So I was hoping to get bacon wrapped scallops or a lobster dinner which was not on the menu . They do sell live lobsters in tanks . Although the breading didn't have much flavor the oil they used tasted very clean . No after taste . We ordered a cup of seafood chowder to try but we're too full. Would liked to have seen more onion rings for the up charge as they were delish ! I will be back for sure ! Next time I'll try the steamed lobster dinner or the Maine man lobster roll ! Blueberry habanero sauce ! Yum ! Ps I'd prefer tartar sauce in individual cups instead of large squeeze bottles used over and over. On table room temp then in fridge then out and in . Mayo spoils . That would probably be the biggest complaint and other places do it as well. My guest said the pickles were good !”

“Amazing beers and classic bar food. They have burgers now including the brunch burger that they call the hangover egg and bacon on a burger amazing!!! If I could give them 10 stars I certainly would. I cant wait to come back and have it again.”

“This is a privately owned, Herbalife franchise. I've been to many of them and the folks here are friendly and helpful. The protein drinks have 24 gr of protein in each shake, 200-300 calories for the regular size. The location is comfortable and relaxing. Most people just take it to go.”

“First time in since the ownership changed and they still have great pizza and service. We had a veggie pizza with a white garlic spread. It was loaded with veggies with great flavor. Also had a sausage and onion pizza that was delish. Our server, Steve was personable and great. Love the atmosphere with the pictures of the staff/patrons in the bar area. “I have not been to a McDonald's in a long time. And was pleasantly surprised to get a very nicely constructed quarter- pounder that tasted pretty good and presented like pictured in their ad. And, well, their fries are always good.Drive thru staff was friendly and prices were not too bad.”

“Absolutely the best restaurant I have been to in a year. We were visiting my sister in law in Casco from Portsmouth and she suggested this new restaurant. The inside is absolutely gorgeous with a rustic farm atmosphere. We shared crispy calamari and beef tenderloin crustini for apps. Truly the best calamari I have ever had and the beef tenderloin I could possibly have two as a dinner it was so delicious. Dinner choices were Aloha bowls (with grilled chicken instead of tuna). It was huge ….. my sister in law took half home. Of course my husband finished his entirely. I had the lemon chicken with asparagus and rice pilaf. Again, absolutely delicious. The owners are always on premises as she oversees the dining room, which is extremely busy and her husband is the chef. If you plan on being in the Windham, Maine area I would get online to reserve a table NOW! They fill up fast. Be prepared to have one of the best meals of your life! We visited during the winter and had the most wonderful dining experience, so much so that we are already planning our next visit for the summer. I can’t wait to sit outside and enjoy everything this place has to offer.Located inside LongWoods preserve, with miles of trails and even a farm, Wander is all about sustainability, local ingredients, and an authentic farm-to-table experience. From the moment we drove into the preserve, the beautiful exterior of the restaurant took us aback. You can tell that much thought and energy went into this project. It was love at first sight as soon as we walked inside for dinner. The dimly lit ambiance, the decor, the vintage photos hung around, the bar… it was all perfect! It was barn meets fine dining without it being too pretentious.Sharing plates is the way to go at Wander! We started with the Tagliatelle (lamb, fennel, leek, parmesan), and I am still thinking about it. It was the perfect pasta, one of the best I’ve ever had. We tried their wood-fired pizzas as well — which was risky because my partner doesn’t even like thin-style pizza too much — but he loved theirs. We had the Terrace (red base, organic tomatoes, mozzarella, sweet Italian sausage, hot cherry peppers, shallots) and the Grandma (white base, mozzarella, parmesan, pecorino, San Marzano tomatoes, basil, parsley) and both were incredible. The grandma was herby, with lots of parsley and a lemony taste, while the terrace was spicy, so avoid it if you don’t like it hot!We accompanied our dinner with a bottle of Bordeaux, which was just delicious. It was the perfect pairing for our pasta and pizza. My one constructive suggestion for Wander is to expand their wine list in terms of prices! The cheapest bottle on the menu was around $45-50. That felt a bit odd, given that the pizza and the rest of the menu are priced reasonably.Moving onto desserts… I think this was the highlight of the night. The banana bread pudding was to die for! I’ve never tried such good banana bread pudding. The vanilla cheesecake was also quite yummy. It was hard to pick a favorite, but I’ll have to go with the banana bread. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest!Wander: thank you for a fantastic dinner experience.”

The dough was fluffy and sauce was right in the middle of not too spicy nor too sweet. I tend to like my pizza a little darker so I will ask for it to be left in a little longer next time. Ordered: duck wings: small portion for the price but they were indeed fall of the bone tender, crispy, and smothered in a sweet and savory sauce beef poutine: the cheese curds had melted into puddles but the side ate like a hearty meal, good portion of beef, though fries were just okay double cheeseburger: piled high and juicy but again, just okay Overall I'll still be back supporting the restaurant that has served me some of the best bites of food, but I'll be focused more on their duck or special new items.
