A good coffee can really turn the day around! I accidentally ordered my coffee like 30 mins too early and even tho they were super busy the worker took the time to remake my coffee, which she obviously didn't have to do, and it was perfect.

Ya know... it was a strange layout, with some dirty walls and chipped laminate counters. But they didn't mess up my order, got to me quick (and my order to me quickly as well), had courteous staff who were helpful, and even went the extra mile to instruct me on how to connect to the WI-FI. They also have AC outlets with USB-A plugs in the walls every few spaces. That is super useful, as it was super useful for me to drop in just in time before I was late for a remote meeting. Life savers!

It's difficult to get into this Dunkin if your on the other side of the road, and the drive thru is very narrow. The guy over the drive thru speaker had no personality or even attempt of being pleasant. The girl that gave me my food and drink at the window seemed annoyed and unhappy. When she handed me my food, and I politely informed her it was missing the bacon, she snatched it back from me threw it on the counter ripped up some bacon threw it on and handed it back to me without saying anything. I thanked her for fixing it, and she just glared at me, Eventually saying, yup, and then closed the window.

My order from this location is consistently screwed up. This instance I got 2 everything bagels with 2 different types of cream cheese. One bagel had 2 tops and the other had 2 bottoms. Accidents happen but it’s nearly every visit something like this happens.
Asked the gentleman behind the counter twice to toast it and the manager wouldn’t allow it, super rude, even New York City Dunkins have nicer employees.

I went through the drive through the other day. I mobile ordered a coffee, I guess it didn’t go through but I saw the transaction in my bank account. I went to the drive through and said I had a mobile ordered and they told me to pull up. When I pulled up the woman at the window was literally awful extremely rude and uneducated. I know I made the mistake that my coffee didn’t go through but she kept a very snarky tone and spoke to me rudely and she was asking for the receipt online and I asked how to I get there and she couldn’t tell be. On top of that I said “is it in the transaction history” and she said no (it was there). I apologized for my mistake cause I really thought it went through and I immobile ordered from there often, I just couldn’t believe how rude and quite frankly bitchy she was. I wish I got her name but oh my god I’ve never had someone be so unpleasant to be around. Might wanna reconsider your career in customer service!
