Terrible service. I have lived in Gray a few years now and I get that being busy can be tough but my goodness. I waited over an hour for the curbside a few days ago, then today I waited 25 minutes. When my food came, I mentioned that there was a drink. The employee was visibly frustrated and asked what kind (though it was on the slip in front of her) I let her know. Wait another 15 minutes and nothing. I go in and see her and ask if she was going to bring the drink. She said she forgot and she was busy. This was not said in a customer service oriented way (again, I get that fast food is a tough job but jeeze). I was calm and shared that I get being busy is tough (she also shared she had 7 orders backed up) but there’s no need to take it out on the customers. I then asked for the manager, she shared she was the manager. Once she said that i asked for the owners contact information. She said I can call in the morning. I then let her know that I get being busy makes things stressful but bad service loses customers.
Now should I go to McDonalds so often? No. But it’s close to home and convenient.
I am also friends with folks that do Door Dash and they refuse to take this location due to timing and service.

Been sitting here for about 20 minutes. I pull up to the drive-thru immediately the guy tells me. Give me a few minutes. 5 minutes later somebody comes to the speaker. Takes my order I pull around. There's a long line of people. Still. I finally get up to the window and pay 2 minutes later. She tells me to pull forward now. I've been sitting here another 10 minutes and like five or six people have came and gone. I'm still sitting here as I write this. Absolutely. No reason for my food to take this long to come out. The whole point of coming here was to save time. Now I've wasted 30 minutes. For food that's less extremely undesirable to begin with.

Waited in line for literally 35 miniutes and our sodas had no flavor syrup in them, metal tasting soda water is what we got, after waiting 35 miniutes. Food was sloppy. They have one autistic kid at the window doing five different things at once, while the managers run around crazy without actually helping.

I'm older, 71 .not quite used to the do it all youself food service. Fountain is broken Fruit flies flying around in seating area quite a few actually.We got our food ok and it was alright all be it a lot smaller than it used to be.whover is really in charge need to look at this location a little closer. Thank you.
I live across the street by the time walked home the fries were cold I ordered a 6 piece mcnugget and received a 4 piece mcnugget😡

Cheap coffee messed up our order this time. But made it right. After putting us threw a bunch of grief. This place can't even get a cup of coffee right and they are slower than cold malasis. Don't go here. I'm done!

I ordered a fillet of fish and there was no reason to put ANY tartar sauce on the sandwich if you were going to put so little tartar sauce on the sandwich
