Had a wonderful dinner here. The Gnocchi with pistachio pesto was incredible, and I loved the pork medallion. The mushroom pasta my date had was OK, missing depth, body, and flavor. The beet salad was also just cold cut up beets😩. But all in all I loved my food.

Such a lovely little gem right in downtown Hallowell! The food is incredible, every single thing on Tim’s menu will amaze you. Great wine list as well. I truly cannot recommend Bistro Milliard enough, trust me you’ve got to go try it and see for yourself.
Vegetarian options: Ask for no meat on any of the pastas for a delicious vegetarian meal. Also terrific salad and sometimes soup.
Dietary restrictions: They can make any of the pasta dishes gluten free with a chickpea fusilli.
