Just had the best lunch at Bolley’s Famous Franks, and I can’t stop thinking about it! Their grilled cheese is on a whole other level, perfectly golden, buttery, and crispy on the outside, with melty, gooey cheese inside that hits all the right notes. You can tell it’s made with care, not just slapped together like some places.
And the fries? Absolute perfection. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, with just the right amount of salt. They taste homemade and fresh, not greasy or frozen. Pairing the two together was pure comfort food bliss.
If you’re anywhere near this spot, don’t miss out. Simple, classic, and done right. Definitely coming back for more!

Had breakfast at Bolley’s Famous Franks and it did not disappoint! I ordered the French toast, sausage links, and eggs, everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The French toast was especially delicious, with the perfect balance of crisp and fluffy. The customer service was excellent too, friendly, fast, and welcoming. Definitely a great spot for a satisfying breakfast. Highly recommend!

Asked my grandson if he wanted to do bolley's for lunch and the race was on to the car..

The food I ordered was great. I can't say the same for some of the people who work there as I felt like I was an inconvenience to the girl who took my order, she treated me very coldly and kind of made me feel unwelcome. It's okay I can find another place to get a great burger, no worries.

Donuts that beat the pants off anywhere you'd be able to drive to in a day.

I was so excited to get donuts, the case was full, now I know why! They used to be so good. I got 3 molasses and 3 chocolate glazed, 2 of the molasses are black they’re so burnt and the chocolate are crispy and so greasy that they taste horrible. So disappointed.

I went in for breakfast take out. They also have a mouth-watering lunch menu. The raspberry pastry is very sweet and the size of a hand. It should probably be shared. I also got donuts, which were scrumptious! Check out Bolley'a if you are in Hallowell.
