I was sad as we have been several times & it just wasn't as good. I was looking forward to seafood chowder & not as flavorful as last time we were in town. Still a gorgeous place to eat.
There are so many lobster shacks, and we're glad we picked Erica's. Just so you know, it's cash only, so be prepared. Also, do like the locals and bring your own drinks--we didn't know that we'd be buying drinks from a vending machine and wished we had brought some. We got a Lobster Roll, two fried baskets, and the Lobster Melt. The service staff was very patient as we tried to navigate the menu. We had to wait a little bit for the food, but it seemed...
Roll was pretty good. Problems with ordering process, where the staff pretended not to know who was next in line over and over, and their weird lack of any orderly line makes this more stressful than it is worth. Just let me order and pay at the window. Nice view, but waspy entitled groups that were there ruined it for me.
