H&S Spirits is one of a kind. Not only are they a family owned and operated distillery, they deeply root their products in their home state of Maine. All the ingredients they use are locally sourced from Harrington and other nearby. Small but very nice. The owner gave a tour and provided a lot of information about the distillation process. We got to sample several different liquors. I recommend stopping by. There is no charge for the tour or tasting.
