Outstanding dining experience! Sandy, who introduced herself to us as the owner, was great. Food was excellent, fresh ingredients, tasty, very well prepared. Dining room is simple, but clean, in fact the entire restaurant was very clean and well cared for. Scovil’s has an amazing menu, two pages, and has something for everyone. The desserts were amazing, in the very best way, good old fashioned comfort food treats. Five stars all the way!
Excellent restaurant in down east Maine. Their pizza is incredibly good, delicious crust! Also, try their onion rings, whole sliced rings in a fantastic batter. You can't go wrong with this place.

What a wonderful place to eat. The owner, Sandy, cooks and bakes all the food. It was absolutely delicious. We were served fresh yeast rolls with butter. The appetizer Fried Mac n Cheese Bites, were scrumptious as a lead in to the delicious seafood casserole that was served in a lovely heart shaped bowl with a crisp and fresh Side salad with blu cheese dressing and a side dish of the best cole slaw I have had in a long time!!! The seafood chowder was really tasty and delicious...
