Great rustic spot with delicious beer, decent food options, lawn/bar games, fire pits and a large comfortable yurt. Can’t believe people have given this place lukewarm reviews just because they don’t allow dogs on premises. That is each business’s choice and shouldn’t impact the number of stars you award. Even though nearly all dog owners claim their dog is perfectly well behaved, you never know when an otherwise well behaved dog will get spooked and suddenly become aggressive towards strangers or another dog. Can’t fault a business for not wanting to deal with that.

I almost don't want to review this brewery because I want it to stay a hidden gem! I hadn't heard of Fluvial before, but when I saw it pop up on the map while in the area I knew I had to check it out. I'm so glad I did -- it's gotta be one of my favorite breweries in Maine. Definitely top 5. The views here might just be the best in the whole state. You get stunning mountain and hill views, which were especially beautiful during our fall visit. There's plenty of outdoor seating with tables, chairs, fire pits, and even some covered spots. The indoor space is small but cozy.
The beer pours were fantastic. The menu was a bit limited, but there was something for everyone. Their NEIPA and DIPA were incredibly smooth, and my partner said his pumpkin ale special was amazing. They also offer food, which was a nice surprise. We ordered the pretzels (3 pieces for $10) and they were delicious. I can't wait to go back.

What a great spot! And the beer was good too!! Had the River Haze IPA , which was quite tasty. But what a beautiful spot to enjoy a beer. You need to check this place out!! Owner was on site. Super friendly, and happy to tell us her story. Place is very well run.

A really rad spot that's tucked away from town. Large outdoor seating area with a nice vista for views. Beer was excellent and I even took some cans home with me. Something to keep in mind is that the available indoor space is pretty small - wasn't too busy when I stopped by but I could see it filling up fast during busy times.

First time visitor and very pleased. Quaint location that brings a very peaceful atmosphere and surrounding. Friendly staff, family owned, and excellent beers. Tons of outdoor space as well.

We love this spot and decided to take Flats Stanley here on his world tour. The beer is always solid and they always have a cider option. The taproom is small but warm and welcoming. The outside overlooks some mountains complete with fire pits and picnic tables. There’s also a yurt that has live music and a gas stove for heat when it’s chilly outside. Highly recommend!

Love the vibe of this place! I never drink beer, but I thought I’d be adventurous and order one. I had a Maple Ridge Pale Ale, which was very smooth and easy to drink! I also ordered a sweet and salty flight, which included kettle corn, Chex mix, pretzels, and an M&M trail mix. It was something nice to munch on. We really enjoyed the yurt, with its warm stove, great live music by Doug Alford, and excellent service by Tim. Fluvial is a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be back.
