Rude manager. And apparently can’t serve you a double shot of espresso in a large cup of ice even though I’ve done it many times there and every other Dunkin in the area. I don’t understand the difference between me paying for a small cup of ice and me paying for a large cup of ice with the same liquid in it. Worst customer service ever. Highly recommend travel the extra 5 minutes to another one.
Odlin Road has amazing service and will help you 100%. I went there and left within 2 minutes with iced espresso in hand!!!

Woman who took my order did not listen at all. I asked for a dozen assorted and then 6 Boston crème and 6 strawberry frosted, then asked for sausage and cheese no egg on an English muffin. I got 24 assorted donut and a sausage egg and cheese on English muffin. Got to the window and the woman looked like she was half dipped out of her mind and almost dropped my donut out the window

Drive thru experience less than stellar. Lovely woman took the order; took several minutes to get to the window. Window attendant was not enjoying job, clearly. Said "hello" to him, no response. Said "thank you" to him, no response. Coffee and bagel were spot on.

0 for 3 in a row for taking a single coffee order correct per receipt, and making it wrong. Last week it was straight up black and it took bringing it back twice to get it right. This week the flavoring was skipped. 2 weeks ago flavoring skipped. It is definitely wrong more often than right at this location.

This Dunkin always gets my order right! They are even begining to know me by the sound of my voice and are able to finish my order threw drive-thru when I start. Bathroom is always clean. Tables are always clean! Employees are very personable and friendly. I am very happy this is my local D.D.Only issue I have is with the Dunkin app. You can't add liquid sugar to a frozen coffee order so im not able to pre order with the app.

After years of garbage service I have to tell you that this dunkin restaurant is a waste of money, time and your positive attitude. They hire so many new people all the time that it's now known that your going to get missing items or screw up simple orders just because "the hire are new". If you can read then you can at least account for what your supposed to get when you do a mobile order but this store takes it to another level. They argue with you when you get the wrong items, present the phone order to therm and its like deer in the headlights. They just dont get it. On my latest AND last visit, I was given a donut instead of a coffee-cake muffin. I tell the new hire that you gave me the wrong item and I ordered a muffin but he literally calls out to his mates "do we sell coffee-cake muffins!" I'm like is this guy actually doing this; then leaves his post and someone else gives me the correct order but says "I'm sorry we are new here. Have a happy holiday but in your case don't!" Who do they think they are! It's time to report them to corporate. I don't deserve this garbage attitude from this licensed dunkin and I'll do whatever it takes to get it revoked. You don't treat people like this.

Clean lobby, didn't have alot to choose from for donuts, didn't have enough in stocks thought I wasn't going to get glazed for my 8 year old autistic son. Service was great, employees friendly and very respectful. Very clean. Would return despite not having a good selection of donuts and get something else even if it cost more because they were so nice.
