Young especially the short Latina chick over filed my drink and was very rude and whodent let me order on the kiosk because I put my name and I see that as racism and she messed up my order do not go there it sucks!!!!!!!!

This place has gone down hill! Let’s just say the manager Nadine, and Jadzia at this Dunkin’ is absolutely mean to people with disabilities, and yells at them for doing something wrong, and tells them they should know what they are doing, when they’ve only been showed a few times. I work at Dunkin’ myself, and it’s a lot to learn, and takes way more than once or twice to be shown something. There is no need for them to be like that. She is disrespectful, and there is absolutely no need for her to be like that. People have disabilities, and they can care less whose feelings they are hurting. Yelling at them with customers in the lobby or when customers are in drive-thru.. It’s truly sad to watch, and I think something should be done about this, but I’m sure it probably won’t.

Worst place. Slow. And apparently can’t give you a double shot of espresso in a large cup of ice even though I’ve been doing it there for weeks. I don’t understand the difference between me paying for a small cup of ice and me paying for a large cup of ice. Worst customer service ever. Highly recommend travel the extra 5 minutes to another one. Edited that Odlin Road has amazing service and will help you 100%

I don’t understand the difference between me paying for a small cup of ice and me paying for a large cup of ice with the same liquid in it. Worst customer service ever. Highly recommend travel the extra 5 minutes to another one.
Odlin Road has amazing service and will help you 100%. I went there and left within 2 minutes with iced espresso in hand!!!
