If I could post 0 I sure in hell would. I have NEVER experienced such RUDE INCOMPETENT SERVICE IN MY LIFE. THIS IS FOR THE MORNING PEOPLE ONLY!!!! After experiencing several screw ups with doughnut issues and their coffee issues. (They have a hard time with two sugar order its like they dont know what 2 means) i finally aked for black and did it on my own at home). I finally call and asked as nicely as i could if anyone there knew how to read . Again how nicely can you ask that question. I was hung up on. When I called I was a bit irritated because i was serious on my ?. When they answerd I got some young smart ass woman who told me it was what my problem was and what I had said in my prior call. So I told her I asked if anyone there know how to read because they seem to get either the doughnut or coffee wrong . It's like a surprise with both. . Her answer was well thats not a really nice thing to say to start a call and said we don't get any calls on mistakes and if you'd like you can come in and do it yourself. That really pissed me off. Hmmmm it's not my job young lady it's yours to get it right. Also I told her I'd be going to Standish even though it's out of my way and she replied well I guess you should go to Standish then with her little smart-ass reply. Again I got even more irritated and told them to learn how to do their job and NO they don't know how to read. I will admit I kept going back. stupid me lol

Nice place and actually has a parking lot to pull into. Good food and good service. The problem is that some of the people hanging out by the entrance make it difficult to get thru the door. You know whom I 'm speaking of.
Besides that, you should stop in and get a bite and a drink.

Dunkin’ is a classic go to for me, and I have never had many problems with the service there. Although recently, I have been trying to use less plastic in my day-to-day. After stopping at two different stores, I was declined when asking if I could get my drink made in a reusable cup. The associates were incredibly polite about this, and I have no issues with their professionalism. As a business, I do wish Dunkin’ could improve their measures to reduce plastic waste. Otherwise, amazing option for quick and easy breakfast and coffee.

Dunkin has really gone downhill. No consistency day to day, always taste like crap. I am done spending money here, I have moved onto Starbucks!

If you try to go inside and order they just ignore you. Never a hello we will be right with you, nothing. Absolute garbage. Customer service is business 101.

Probably would recommend staying away from this location the owner likes to serve day old bagels and croissants most of the time there rather stale and just not worth the money, I've also heard from former employees saying that the owner is very unpleasant.

To whom it may concern,

My husband and I have been customers of Dunkin Donuts for many years and we fortunately live close by to the Hollis Maine location. We usually enjoy going to this location but we are very displeased with the staff. It has come to my attention that the morning staff don’t have a care in the world that they even have a job and or care about conveying good customer service in the very least. I recently went there on Saturday 8/3/24 morning and asked through the drive through if I could have a Mocha Whipped Coffee and the associate rudely told me you were no longer doing those coffees. So I went to my second drink of choice but found it odd that you already removed the NEW drink when it only had been released two weeks ago? I went back to this same location on Sunday 8/4/24 around 11:30 and asked if they were still making the Whipped Mocha Coffee and this associate pleasantly surprised me and said “Yes we are!” So this was great news to me! My husband on the other hand went to this store on Sunday 8/4/24 MORNING and was told the same thing that they weren’t making the Mocha Whipped Coffees and so he continued to get his second drink of choice but then saw that I had ordered on Sunday afternoon a Mocha Whipped Coffee and got one with no issue the very next day which didn’t make any sense. I and My Husband have both experienced this with the morning staff at this Hollis location and the associate that was working on the drive through laughed at my Husband when he went to order a Mocha Whipped Coffee this morning when he told them that I had received one from there just TWO days ago and was told they were still serving that coffee! My husband ultimately left without a coffee today because of how rude, unprofessional and frustrated he was with this inconsistent and utterly dishonest customer service you have. This will be told to many customers that you have and I do expect a response soon from someone to fix this disheartening  experience me and my husband have had with this location.

there's a 25% the iced coffee tastes good at all, most of the time very watered down. I know people who work at Dunkin and it is not hard to make the iced coffee taste good, it only tastes bad because they do not care and are lazy. Please make it better.

Very, very unimpressed. I know people have hard days and make mistakes. However, they gave me the wrong coffee TWICE even the remade coffee was not right. Not to mention its taste like burnt water & get the same order every morning. This morning at the drive thru (May 18th). I was also given very uncooked browns. Paying money for things like this is not ok. If I had more time, I would have asked for a third coffee & cooked has browns, or even a refund.
