Customer service, inventory, and cleanliness of this place severely lack. Manager needs to hire more people or get more efficient people on deck. There was garbage all over the floor. Order didn't come out right. Didnt have the correct lids for ice cream. Disappointed to have driven an hour to take the kids for ice cream and get coffee.

Went with my school group. It was mid-afternoon and we were walking up to the door and a guy came out and locked it without telling us anything. We stood there for a while and no one came out to even tell us why we were refused service! Bad customer service, don't come.
