“Came up for a few days and figured we might not find anything to amazing… we were wrong. I’ve been woking, cooking and became a chef in the industry over the past fifteen years. I haven’t had BBQ like this since the glory days in down in Portland, when there were only 3 BBQ places to choose from. I can attest to this BBQ spot on the Maine boarder is the best from New Brunswick to Mass. Second to Noble BBQ or that place that was in Bucksport(?) These folks turn simple into magic, the slaw, the corn muffins! The beans! The burnt ends!!! Lord have mercy! Real deal, travel worth it.”

“Love the pub food. Was looking for a pasta dish so I ordered chicken and broccoli bowl with Alfredo sauce. It really hit the spot. I had to take it home because the serving bowl was HUGE. So it’ll be a great late night snack for me or my son. Couldn’t add a picture but it looks delish.”

“I had this delicious Pho on Friday night while dining at The Vault for the first time. It was absolutely delicious! My husband had the salmon and my son had the pasta. All three entrée’s were exceptional. The roasted garlic in herbs and olive oil served with toasted baguette was great as well. This will definitely be a go to option on our way back from Bangor . Wonderful! The other non food item I loved was the jazz music playing in the restaurant!”

“We just ordered the meatball sub and steak bomb sub and both were awesome . Great food and great selection of drinks in the cooler. Also nice to have soft sub rolls that are not all thick bread and hard as a rock. Great food at TNT!”

“Was a generally good tavern vibe in small town Houlton. We were just visiting and walked here from our Airbnb to get some dinner and a drink. Had a 22 oz local IPA on draft, which was good and refreshing, and the BLT. It was all done well enough for tavern food. We're not expecting Michelin stars here, right? Definitely worth stopping in, if you find yourself here. It was all fresh and tasty. Wait staff were friendly. Plenty of TVs to watch a variety of games if you're into watching sports.”

“Visit here often since buying property nearby. Have been staying here and eating at Ivey's Bistro 3 to 5 dsys a week for several weeks. Food is always great and the bar/table servers are fantastic. Smallish place with 8 bar seats and about 35 table spots. Have seen it busy but not full. Good selection of local and New England drafts. Food portions are very generous and pricing is in line with comparable places. Very recommended...”

“Awesome food, nice staff, great place! Food was really good. We ordered Chicken Fingers with Mashed Potatoes and Squash, and the Sunrise Burger with an over easy egg and fries. The fries were typical good fries and while the burger patty was slightly thinner than expected, it was still cooked Med Rare and tasted great. The egg was perfectly runny too. The chicken was fried to a great crisp and the potatoes and squash were great with the chicken!”

You know its insanely busy when you cant find parking!Wheelchair accessibility: May be a tight fit getting into both doors, but you could fit a wheelchair inside and get it through the doors. Just be weary of the firt door and then the second door as you may need someone to open it infront of you because there is not enough space in the hallway to get around a wheelchair.”

“we all loved our meals! my son couldn't get over the size of his double bacon cheese burger. my taco salad was delicious! my husband got a meat lover's omelette that he loved and the English muffin looked homemade. and all for great prices!”
