“We stopped in for supper last night after driving by several times this summer. The restaurant wasn't busy (which is surprising since the food is amazing). Staff was extremely friendly and the food was delicious! The portions are massive and the bill was very reasonable. We will definitely be back! We would highly recommend the pork belly burnt ends ??”

“My recent dining experience at The Rusty Crab was nothing short of extraordinary. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by Mersaydez, whose warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for the evening. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a meal. Now, let's talk about the food. It's safe to say that the dishes at The Rusty Crab are nothing short of spectacular. I started with the mussels, which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The broth they were served in was so delicious that I found myself savoring every last drop. For our main course, my girlfriend ordered the fried clams. When they arrived at the table, the presentation alone was enough to make her mouth water. And after she took the first bite, she couldn't stop raving about how amazing they were. As for me, I opted for the chicken, and let me tell you, it was one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the seasoning was just right. The Rusty Crab is more than just a restaurant; it's a culinary experience. The attention to detail in every dish is truly impressive, and it's clear that the chefs take great pride in their work. This small, family-owned business has certainly made a name for itself, and it's easy to see why. I can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious offerings, especially the lobster rolls, which I've heard are out of this world. If you're looking for a dining experience that is warm, welcoming, and filled with ungodly amazing food, look no further than The Rusty Crab. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!"”

“We went to Mars Hill for a funeral and family business recently and ended up eating here several times. the burgers are amazing. Beer battered fries are some of the best I have tasted and the onion rings were great. but none of it compared to the seafood plater I had just before leaving town. OMG, I grew up in southern maine and was weened on seafood. This was some of the best I ever had. the shrimp was incredible, the scallops were tasty, and the whole belly clams... the only thing I can say is WOW. Staff was friendly and the food was ready very quickly. the only complaint I had is that they were not open on a Sunday :).”
