The young kids have no work ethic what so ever in the evenings. They complain to customers about how much work they have when they close. They are very slow never acknowledging customers while waiting for them to complete online orders.

Awful. Started off with not asked to toast sandwich (it got toasted anyway) then Xavier started looking at us. Looking at sandwiches looking at us looking back at sandwiches for quite some time without asking what we wanted on them. Very strange and unprofessional. Then. After putting vegetables on one sandwich we asked for NO vegetables on the other 2… then he sticks his vegetable covered gloves directly into our sandwiches then rolls them up. The food preparation area was disgusting and not very appetizing. The cashier says what the F$(& kind of sandwich is that.. then we pay 30 bucks for 3 6” sandwich’s and a few cookies also with juices off vegetable gloves all over them. The whole staff was completely unprofessional and very rude. There is an allergy in our family that’s why we asked for no vegetables. And to find lettuce in one and pepper and onion juices in the other was very uncalled for. Because of this the meal went to waste so did my $30. One place we won’t be returning to. Hate leaving reviews like this but want to warn people who have standards higher than swine this isn’t the place for you!!!

I like the Subs, but it should not take over 45 min standing in line to get one
2 kids were working slowly, overwhelmed and easily distracted.. A third person (manager?) Walking around doing nothing. People off to the side waiting for their online orders.

Absolute, without a shadow of a doubt, the slowest subway I Have ever been. I stood there for 30 minutes while no one else was in line waiting for them to Start my Sandwich. Then it took them 20 minutes to make a foot-long and a 6 inch.

I waited about an hour for a mobile order. I decided to be respectful and not interrupt other customers so I waited in line for about 20 minutes to ask about it as they were a little busy. Another customer had walked in after me looking for their order maybe 10 minutes later. They were out of sandwich meat for it so they resolved it, but instead of being greeted as the next one in line they started to make the other customers sandwich. I vocalized I was missing a mobile order which had been sitting behind the counter ready the whole time. Such a huge waste of time.

The bread was all the products looked horrible and it was the worst sub.I've ever had at a Subway.First time I've gone in a long time and I was looking forward to it.I was show disappointed.Wouldn't recommend a to anybody to go there and I would never ever go there again
Vegetarian options: Like any sandwich shop. You know the Badger sandwich or whatever what? I wouldn't recommend that place to anybody.
Parking: It's a gas station and Subway combined, so there was a good amount of parking.Actually Probably really good thing about the place.No, it's just sad when you go into a place and people don't take pride in there.It's a sandwich shop.Still take pride in what you're doing

Food always good. They need to do a better.job of training the workers to actually move it along. 2 of the guys that always work together move at a snails pace. Whether its a long line or just few people. I managed a sandwhich shop for over 10 years before i retired. They are by far the slowest moving sandwhich makers ive ever seen. And they are not new employees. Been here a while.

What service??? I ordered online and received confirmation that my meal would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, the express online order shelf was empty. I wait 25 minutes past the time give to pickup with no signs of my order, so I did what I tried to avoid doing and stood in line. When I finally was asked what I would like, I said that I was wait for 25 minutes for my order. The server look on the counter behind and said it was ready. It wasn’t read!! If it was it would have been at the express pickup. No apology was given, just a shoulder shrug. Service at this store is horrible. Oh and I ordered double protein but they only gave me a signal. Never again!!

Not sure when it all changed but have had many issues with the people prepping the food from being very confused, messing up basic instructions like toasted or no cheese and even dropping hats into the deli bar picking them up and leaving all the food it
