The guy we had was a rude person he was angry he threw covers shamed doors he threw the sandwichs he took out vegetables and threw them in the cooler, then threw the the covers on the floor, he made a sandwich and then he forgot chicken and open it and dumb the chicken on the sandwich and wrapped it back up,, when I asked where his helpers were he said I'm the only one here,, he went out to have a cigarette and when he came back he didn't wash his hands and made a sandwich Gross,, he was not a happy person,, very angry person should not be working with the public we were there on Thursday the 18th around 1 to 1:30,, I ask for the meal of the day and he didn't listen to me and made two big sandwiches we took them we didn't argue with him,, it seems every time we go in there your workers are in a bad mood,, and tables are dirty it's very sad,,

My friend and I waited for 30 minutes at the beginning of the line, not the end. The gentleman was moving so slowly and did not greet us or give us a timeline that he would be with us shortly. When he was making my sandwich, he dropped my cheese into the tuna fish container, and still applied the cheese to my sandwich. I had an Italian sub… he did not apologize, or say any words of any kind. If it were not for the fact that we had waited so long and the line had grown larger, I would have asked him to remake it for me but so many people were stressed out, waiting and had children with them. I’m just glad I’m not allergic to tuna or other fish. I just get extremely odd vibes when I’m there, the people are not social in any way and usually share information that they shouldn’t.

Best part of 1 item missing in everything we ordered were the TWO employees amongst the near empty chip rack, and numorus missing food items in the preptable! Good employees don't stick around when there is lack of preparedness within management. These two employees not only need but deserve recognition for holding the store together tonight. I will be back from Kansas City in the weeks to come.

It is protocol when ordering through doordash that they will not cook your bacon unless you have your bread toasted or special request cooked bacon. But in person your bacon will always be cooked. Night shift there is a joke.

The young kids have no work ethic what so ever in the evenings. They complain to customers about how much work they have when they close. They are very slow never acknowledging customers while waiting for them to complete online orders.

Awful. Started off with not asked to toast sandwich (it got toasted anyway) then Xavier started looking at us. Looking at sandwiches looking at us looking back at sandwiches for quite some time without asking what we wanted on them. Very strange and unprofessional. Then. After putting vegetables on one sandwich we asked for NO vegetables on the other 2… then he sticks his vegetable covered gloves directly into our sandwiches then rolls them up. The food preparation area was disgusting and not very appetizing. The cashier says what the F$(& kind of sandwich is that.. then we pay 30 bucks for 3 6” sandwich’s and a few cookies also with juices off vegetable gloves all over them. The whole staff was completely unprofessional and very rude. There is an allergy in our family that’s why we asked for no vegetables. And to find lettuce in one and pepper and onion juices in the other was very uncalled for. Because of this the meal went to waste so did my $30. One place we won’t be returning to. Hate leaving reviews like this but want to warn people who have standards higher than swine this isn’t the place for you!!!

I like the Subs, but it should not take over 45 min standing in line to get one
2 kids were working slowly, overwhelmed and easily distracted.. A third person (manager?) Walking around doing nothing. People off to the side waiting for their online orders.
