They got the order right. Stopped in once again only because I received a gift card. They were nice enough to give us stale bread from the day before. Even the cookies were awful 😖
Best part of 1 item missing in everything we ordered were the TWO employees amongst the near empty chip rack, and numorus missing food items in the preptable! Good employees don't stick around when there is lack of preparedness within management. These two employees not only need but deserve recognition for holding the store together tonight. I will be back from Kansas City in the weeks to come.
Not sure when it all changed but have had many issues with the people prepping the food from being very confused, messing up basic instructions like toasted or no cheese and even dropping hats into the deli bar picking them up and leaving all the food it
