Drive through in Madawaska Tim Hortons can be unbelievable. Waiting in line 15 - 20 minutes has been my experience there. When you question why you had to wait so long, the older female employee says there is only 2 workers running this operation. That's terrible all around. Too much involved for only 2 workers.
I understand short on staff > can't keep up > resulting in frustrated customers, many on a time schedule. If it can not be run correctly then at least close the dining area and concentrate on the drive through. The way the drive through is designed, you can't get out of line until you pick up your order. With a rock wall on your right side and the business on your left side , you are shit out of luck if you must leave quickly or wait your 15 - 20 min. They could offer us a discount for the unexpected extended wait in that line.

Disgusting place, mouse turds on the window sills, dirt everywhere, not a single table cleaned in the place. Stale donuts, sad tasting coffee. We couldn’t wait to get out of the place! Houlton store only!

I was a little salty when I wrote this review, so let me explain.

TLDR: This Tim's is not clean, doesn't have adequately trained staff, and has provided poor customer service and products.

All of the following has happened in the past year: My daughter and I were going to an appointment and had time for only one stop. My dark roast tasted like someone put a few coffee grounds in water and they gave us the wrong donught.
My wife and I stopped to get something to eat on the road and use the restroom. Both bathrooms had no soap in them, and hadn't been cleaned. After finding that out we decided to leave without ordering anything. I'm not sure how employees were complying with the hand washing law.
My son and I stopped for breakfast and I went in thinking it would be faster then the drive through. The young man behind the counter had no training, couldn't enter my order, and had no idea how to make anything. (I don't blame him, he just had no training.) A crowd of employees came in from smoke break because the place reeked of cigarettes from them. None of them washed their hands before helping customers.
My son ordered from the Tim's app. When we got there we were told they had no breakfast items, but they hadn't started cooking lunch items either. We lost about $10 on the "replacements" they gave us.
The Tim's reply to my origanal post go to the Tim's website and there is no comment or reply section for you to fill out.

This seems to be a poorly run and managed location. Other Tim's I've been to have not been like this one. I still can't recommend visiting this location.

I've been here maybe 3 times. Once was very early in the morning, and when I got to the speaker in the drive thru, the young lady on the other end sounded extremely sick, so I left. If you're sick, stay home- you shouldn't be working with peoples food. Another time I had to argue with a young man that there is no Chipotle on the grilled farmers breakfast wrap, to the point I had to pull up the online menu and show him what his own company says goes on the wrap, and thankfully he apologized and told his coworkers so that didn't happen again. I thought dunkin Donuts was an awful chain, but tim hortons is proving to be just as bad.

Everytime I come here they're always out of chicken bread and veggies...I order something else and they give me something else. The employees are maybe high on something

Got a breakfast wrap and asked for extra sauce, but they just squirted a large blob only in the center so i only got 1 bite of only sauce.

Was excited to try Tim Hortons on our vacation, stopped here as the window decals showed some great coffee flavors. Flies everywhere landing on us. In the bakery case landing on the food. Figured coffee was a safe bet. We tried to order 3 diff flavors told they don’t make those anymore or don’t have the stuff to make them. The cookie butter iced coffee I was given literally tasted like vinegar- I’m not sure how that’s even possible. Lol -10/10 don’t recommend.
