Every time I try to order coffee from this place, they’re either out of milk or espresso. That’s the excuse I get anyway when trying to order a latte they touched food with no gloves on I seen this myself twice. And they have horrible attitudes. I tried going to this place because I hate Dunkin’ Donuts, but it looks like I’d rather drink bitter coffee than deal with them shame.

Use this place for drive-thru coffee. At one time it was our go to coffee stop before getting on the highway. For the last few years it’s consistently bad. Ask for dark roast, and it tastes like dirty water that’s not strong coffee at all. Most times it’s not HOT. Would like the old Tim Hortons back.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but it’s my New Year’s resolution to encourage better service and raise the low bar of service.

The interior layout was a little bit claustrophobic for my taste, but the food and service were good! Fresh donuts and ice cream were fun, the lunch menu is small but satisfying. A good value compared to some other coffee chains!

Every time I go there they don't have what I ask for.. ran out of croissants the first time, very next time no hashnrowns and didn't have apple fritters, just went again a month later still no hashbrowns, and all I wanted was a coffee for me and my girls wanted hashbrowns. Once is a mistake but this is 3 times in a row! Learn how to order more product so you don't run out or teach the baker to make it!
Went to this location to get breakfast. The picture and the food we got did not match. The poor girl at the register was not adequate for the position. The cook messed up the order and not adequate either. Had to remake our sandwiches. They looked nothing like the picture. The eggs on the sandwich were half the size of the sandwich itself, the lettuce was aged and even pink. The whole experience was just awful. Didn't see a trash can anywhere when we left... None by the door. The decaf coffee didn't look or taste right, the sweet tea I was sold was unsweet. Asked for a new cup thinking they gave me the wrong thing and she handed me a few packs of sugar. Tim Hortons never fails to disappoint.

I went in to grab a simple large cold brew. Took them 10 minutes to let me know they were waiting on the cold brew to be done. Legitimately poor service, didn't get my coffee as it took over 15 minutes and I had to leave.

Coffee is always cold and made wrong at this location. Love Tim Hortons but place is run down unorganized. Plus you wait inside for hour only for them to tell you they only take Debit card in Drive thru. Me what? The machine is two steps behind you and I waited inline for hour now you want me to go wait I. Drive-thru line when you can turn around and use machine. She said yes, sorry !!! Unbelievable!!!
