I went in to grab a simple large cold brew. Took them 10 minutes to let me know they were waiting on the cold brew to be done. Legitimately poor service, didn't get my coffee as it took over 15 minutes and I had to leave.

Coffee is always cold and made wrong at this location. Love Tim Hortons but place is run down unorganized. Plus you wait inside for hour only for them to tell you they only take Debit card in Drive thru. Me what? The machine is two steps behind you and I waited inline for hour now you want me to go wait I. Drive-thru line when you can turn around and use machine. She said yes, sorry !!! Unbelievable!!!

This store was disgusting, flies all over everything, tables were all dirty, I saw people who had paid walk away after waiting forever, my bag was greasy, they had a ton of workers but it didn't help. I wouldn't step foot in this Tims again, gross!

It seems to be similar to Starbucks. We went through the drive thru. It's supposed to be known for the coffee and sweets, but we were starving and got the club sandwich. It wasn't bad or great. It tasted good but lacking meat and replaced with very thick tomatoes.
They were out of chicken so I couldn't get my chicken panning. Place could have a little bit of cleaning. Other wise I love Tim hortons.

Drive through in Madawaska Tim Hortons can be unbelievable. Waiting in line 15 - 20 minutes has been my experience there. When you question why you had to wait so long, the older female employee says there is only 2 workers running this operation. That's terrible all around. Too much involved for only 2 workers. I understand short on staff > can't keep up > resulting in frustrated customers, many on a time schedule. If it can not be run correctly then at least close the dining area and concentrate on the drive through. The way the drive through is designed, you can't get out of line until you pick up your order. With a rock wall on your right side and the business on your left side , you are shit out of luck if you must leave quickly or wait your 15 - 20 min. They could offer us a discount for the unexpected extended wait in that line.
