I stopped in for an after dinner drink, and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The bartender was witty and knowledgeable, the wine list and martini options were diverse (I had the blood orange martini and it was delicious). I only wish I had known they sold food before I got there! I will definitely be stopping in here anytime I'm in Houlton!
We stumbled across this place on a quick two night RV getaway and boy are we glad we did! The place is beautiful first of all, and so cozy and comfortable. The owners make you feel right at home and strike up great conversation. The wine menu is amazing - the cheese plate was fabulous - the beef pot roast dinner was super delicious - and the owner-made cheesecakes (yes, that's plural) and sugar pie were gone in about four minutes.
