waited over a half hour for them to tell me they gave my order to someone else in error. they took my receipt when I first got to the second window so I didn't have it when they came out to ask me for it. I told them that I had already given it to the girl at the window and she said she didn't have it. so I had to bring up the order on my phone and bring it in for them to re-ring everything in so they can make my order. to which they didn't ring it in properly and my burgers were...read full review
I use the app to order so that they can read exactly what I want with no mistakes, yet I don't get what I ordered. Super annoying! & no, I didn't make the mistake, my receipt is for what I ordered.
