On vacation and stopped by for a lobster roll which was very good. My husband got the lobster grilled cheese. It had a lot of lobster meat but was served on grilled white bread. It would have not only looked more appealing but the taste of the sandwich would have been much better on a heartier bread such as sourdough.

Tried the Philly Cheesesteak twice in the past two weeks at this location. On my first visit, I could not taste any cheese on my sandwich. After I scraped away the meat, I saw faint evidence of some cheese on the roll - nowhere near the meat. On my second visit two days ago, I requested (and paid) for extra provolone cheese on my Philly Cheesesteak. Again, I could barely taste or notice any cheese. Is there a cheese shortage that I am not aware of? Additionally, the meat was overcooked and very dry. Very disappointed in the overall quality of each sandwich especially opposite the prices charged for each. So, my rating for this place is (very) average at best. The fact that they advertise Philly Cheesesteaks on their outdoor signage is questionable if my two cheesesteaks are indicative of their normal quality. If you want a good cheesesteak, I would suggest going elsewhere.

I am a local and, like many others, tend to steer clear during the summer because of the tourists.
I understand business slows down when the tourists thin out after Labor Day, but, have you thought about opening up for locals later and earlier in the year? Maybe not every day, but a few days a week.
Between September and May, there aren't many DECENT sandwich shops open let alone GOOD ones!

Worst sandwich I have had in a long time. Got tuna wrap and the tuna was so dry and tasteless. The wrap broke open and everything fell out. My daughter got a ham and cheese the cheese wasn’t melted. Got 2 hamburger patties for the dog and they had so much grease on them had to throw them out. Prices 48.00 absolutely a waste of money. Don’t bother
