You can order at the register if the Kiosk doesn't have your combo, but getting the staff's attention without attitude is hit or miss. If only BK paid them enough to care. Service, once order is placed, is relatively on par with other fast food waits.

Your kiosks are a hit or miss whether they’re going to be running or not. This is one thing that’s never consistent and there are many other things that are also not consistent. Please read your Google reviews and work on the things that come up frequently. Very expensive place to stop for the service.

Seriously! We stopped in for a quick bite and my daughter ordered two burgers without ketchup. Attitude behind the counter was unneeded. The counter person didn’t even look at our receipt to see what we ordered and told the kitchen team, who were mad, the wrong combination of condiment's. We had to correct her. So dumb. This is exactly how you build your brand!. Great job. The counter person never greeted us. Never said a thing, just pointed to the fountain drink area to get my orange juice, which was on the opposite side. A complete mess. No one is happy here. Poor attitudes all over.

Horrible customer service at the BK as usual. Last time our order was made wrong from the kiosk so when I asked to make my order at the counter i was chastised for it by the employee who then loudly complained. Do yourself a favor and head farther north to Lewiston for the best BK ever.

Came in to the service plaza late night going south from Augusta. Checked out the prices in the convenience store, and sure enough, BEYOND ridiculous. The only other thing open was the BK Lounge. I stepped up to the counter, and Cindy immediately greeted me and came around from where she was working to take my order. We chatted for a bit, and I ordered the royal chicken to try. Since it was so late and she had not had many customers, she checked the chicken and it was not up to par so she made me a fresh one, after first checking to insure I was willing to wait. So yeah, hot and fresh, it hit the spot.
But moreover, it was Cindy and her dedication to customer service, and her friendly demeanor that made for such an outstanding experience. Thank you, Cindy, someone should give you a raise!

The overnight girl is absolutely amazing. Everything about this Burger King is great. They do have to around 3 AM shut down for a little bit reboot the system and clean so if you do come in here and see a closed sign it will reopen shortly after “breaking the day”.
And if the manager is reading this: GIVE your overnight girl a raise! Turned my night around. She definitely made my late night travel and stressful night - good experience, with good food, and good professionalism and environment.

I just had the most incredible experience at the Burger King in Kennebunk, Maine! The food was scorching hot and ridiculously delicious - hands down the best fast food burger I've ever had!
But what truly made this visit shine was the exceptional staff. Every team member I interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic. They made me feel like family!
From the greeting at the door to the farewell, the service was impeccable. Orders were fulfilled promptly, and the team ensured everything was to my liking.
The restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was lively and inviting.
The Kennebunk Burger King team has set a new standard for fast food excellence! I'll be back, again and again.
Stopped at the north bound Burger King tonight at 830 all they had available was combos 5 , 6, 7 and garbage was overflowing and the cups covers and straws were all over the counter absolutely disgusting and a mess wouldn’t recommend stopping

THE WORST! The older lady cashier was rude and screaming out names. She handed out cups with her fingers all up in the cups. Nasty! I asked for replacements and she argued with me saying she HAD to put her fingers in the cup. WRONG! I placed the order by kiosk and the order came out wrong and at a hefty price, too.
