I order a whopper with no pickles. Still yet it had pickles in my whopper. They don't know how to take orders at all. There is this one old man ate a French fries with his bare hands. Me and this other customer, we just looked at each other. Please beware of what you put in your mouth from this burger king restaurant. Just thru my food away.

9am on a Sunday morning. Filthy kiosks you have to touch. Ordered a sausage, egg croissant and french tst sticks... worker (who speaks no english) couldnt understand we needed maple syrup for fr tst sticks. After several attempts to make him understand, he threw something in the bag. We left, only to find he gave us sweet/sour dipping sauce and sandwich was bacon NOT sausage
That place is a nasty joke, hire people who can speak the language and you might get better results.

25 minutes for a kids meal with only 2 people ahead of us.. at one point there were about 9 of us standing around.. one speed at this location - no hurrying any of them.. Worst location i have every seen.. don't waste your time..

The location at the north bound station SUCKS!!!!!
I waited 15 minutes for a chocolate shake and onion rings at 1am. There were only two people working, and the guy getting the food didn't understand what a chocolate shake was. He was asking the other employee what it was, and couldn't understand going to the machine to get it. After all the confusion, he hands me a vanilla shake. He then hands me a bag, I look inside, and it's fries. I show him my receipt and explain that I wanted onion rings, and he acts as if I changed my mind. He talking to the other guy questioning what it is I wanted, and after a back and forth, they finally put some onion rings in the fryer. He then takes my receipt, crumples it up, and throws it in the trash. The bag with the fries, get placed under the heating station that the burgers go into. I have a feeling he was going to toss them back in with the other fries after I left.
From ordering to getting my correct order was 30 minutes. I didn't even try to get my shake corrected, because I felt it would take even more time to fix.

I would say that I was originally really excited to eat my food after only eating backpacking food. I was also excited for the turnaround to be super fast. We ordered online. They waited until we arrived to start making our order for 48 people. I had plenty of time to write this. Still excited for the food though, it’s gonna be fire. Confirmed it is fresh, we saw them make it all.

The wait time here was about average, nothing too long but not especially quick either. Ordering is done through touch screens, which I personally don’t care for since I prefer interacting with a person at the counter. The food came out just as expected—no mistakes, no surprises. Overall, it was a standard fast-food experience. Nothing above and beyond, but it got the job done.

Quick highway stop for food ended up to be more trouble than its worth. Skip it! Gross!! After a 30 minute wait, and $40 later ended up with a chicken sandwich with congealed mayo that tasted like fish, and a cold as ice burger. Threw it all away!

Corporate should just close this location. Incredibly rude workers. Super passive aggressive put an in edible amount of salt on the fries. Gave a major attitude about even ordering from here when they're open. 0 stars go literally anywhere else

Once you battle your way through the kiosk, ordering food only in the options they've chosen for you, you'll end up with slap-happy, cold, stale food that has sat for hours. THEY save money with the kiosk but you only get whatever options are on there. The staff couldn't care less. Just go hungry or find somewhere else. Oh! And our order was wrong. My husband wanted mustard on his whopper and they drown it. There were other things wrong but you get the idea. I did get ice so there's a positive. Absolutely awful for 33.00.
