An employee was rude. She look like she didn't want to be there. No greetings at all. On my latte I said no whip cream and they put it anyways. Donuts were hard. I requested for toasted bagel and it wasn't. Smh. Ruin peoples morning. Dunkin is still my favorite place to go. It was just that one employee, wish I had taken her name.

Extremely slow and I've never seen more flies in my life in the display case. Dept of health needs to know about this. Northbound side is same way. I asked if they are really charging the public for fly infested donuts instead of putting them in the dumpster? Kid shrugs shoulders and say oh well can't control the flys. A line of 11 people waiting for this crap.

The young man who served at the till was great! The one girl in the kitchen area was awful she just seemed to get in the way and grabbed the broom with her gloves on like she was going to sweep and then without sweeping put it back down and then handled food with the same gloves on. She then kept wiping her face and then touching food. I will try to avoid this Dunkin donuts in the future when she is there.

Ok!!! I never leave bad reviews to food places but lets be for reall!! Can yall believe this is the amount of bacon they put on the 2 snackin bacon i just bought, Smh!! ridiculous!! Thats Literally 2 whole piece of bacon cut up in tiny pieces.

Paid for a coffee at the kiosk, waited for 25 minutes. Never got the order. By the time I left without my coffee, there were about 30 people waiting.
Three staff members there could not figure out how to bill, make things fast enough. They did not look too hurried either. They looked like newbies left to fend for themselves. The only people who got anything were those aggressively pursued their orders by telling the staff what they want, regardless of their place in the line.
