Worst time ever took over 30 minutes to get our order. Was wrong the first time had to go back in. Staff was making food and touching their phone between orders (worse thing to do phones so many germs.) will make someone sick I get they were busy but on a food safety level it’s not okay the sugar and milk station was built up could cause cross contamination

I placed a big order ahead of time at this Dunkin’ and had such a great experience. Everything was ready right on schedule, perfectly packed, and exactly as I requested. The staff was organized, friendly, and clearly work really well together, you can tell this location is well run. It made the whole process quick and stress-free. Definitely one of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to!

I go here every day, order the same things and it never taste the same. Constantly have to go back and ask them to remake it. I’ve had this store and other stores heat up the bacon and now they’re telling me that I can do it on my own because they don’t want to.

This one has the rudest staff ever! Older woman next to me was forced to use kiosk order system... because the woman at the counter waived her away from ordering... apparently the worker did not speak English.... then an English speaking attendant came to the counter and was really rude to the customer... not cool! You can do better DD!!

This place is, hands down, the GREATEST Dunkies around. Like I presume this is the store where they take the photos for all the ads.The food looks better, and tastes substantially better from this Dunkin'.Imagine how good this Dunkies has to be for me to take time out of my day to tell you about it. It's pretty dang good.I know how fast food, and Dunkies can be. This one is seriously uniquely special. A cut FAR above.
