We had a great experience here. The parking can be a little tricky as it is limited. Its metered or you can valet. The metered parking requied a 2hr minimum if i remeber correctly at $9/hr. We went between the lunch and dinner hours on a Sunday so we got lucky and found a metered spot. I didnt know this at the time but this is the original home of Shipyard Brewery, so we got to sample a bunch of local beers. The wife and sister inlaw did flights, and my brother and I did pints. For the food the adults tried the clam chowder, the reuben sandwich and the crab and havatri sandwich. Our 9 year old son sampled the chicken tenders from the kids menu and his brave twin sister tried her first lobster roll (Maine staple right?). We were very pleased with all our selections. My daughter even ate all the lobster, but only took a few bits of the roll, but it was a hit. We sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the harbor activity. Would certainly recommend this place and would go back again.

This was our favorite restaurant for 20 years. It seemed to have lost it's way for the last 5 years or so but today we enjoyed everything, food, service, and atmosphere. Bring back the buf chic sandwich!

Even though this only got 3.8 stars, my husband and I took a gamble and went, we were very happy.. from the hostess to the waitress Krystal , we had an amazing view, service, and the food was great , would definitely go again, My husband got the Sea Dog blueberry bear and he loved it.. Great All around

Excellent food though a little pricey. Of course, every restaurant near Kennebunkport's water is slightly more expensive.
The menu has a moderate number of choices and all of them are done well. When outdoor seating isn't an option, it gets quickly crowded and loud. Their choices in live music are solid.
If they were slightly less loud, and prone to long waits, I could rate them higher.
Parking is horribly limited and expensive. You have been warned.

I thought this place was great. We took our employees there after a company fishing trip. I got the fish and chips and it was exactly what I was hoping for. We also got some apps to share. We got the banging shrimp and the pretzel sticks with warm cheese sauce. We sat on the upstairs porch and got to look right at the marina. The atmosphere was really nice. Our server was very friendly and did a great job keeping up with our large group. The food was a bit pricey, but not as bad as I expected for really good seafood in a touristy area. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal and a good time.

Don’t waste your time here. Food was mediocre and pricey. The manager gave me hard time because I never received my food. I guess next time I walk over to the kitchen and check myself lol. There are so many better places in Kennebunkport, go anywhere else.
